the jukebox needs some music from hazzard in hollywood including main theme"good times " "girls like fast cars too" the jukebox would not be complete also how about the enos theme {i don't think i ever saw that show} i wish there was a video clip of eno's opening credits i might rember then.....

Does anybody know what the instrumental guitar song is in the newest Hazzard trailer that plays in the beginning after the star wars music? I don't want to know about the star wars music, but the guitar music.

Ok we all know that EVIL WB did not contact any of the original cast to try and incule them, which IMO is very disrespectful. Anyone know if the US premiere has been had? I wonder if they are inviting the original cast. I mean, to have the movie premiere with a grip of stars, and not invite the Original Cast, would be HORRENDOUS!! Disrespectful, and rude. Dont you think?

Watching the NASCAR Cup race form Chicagoland.....The movie was a sponsor of the race with commercials , all with the rating of PG-13... I figured the movie was going to get a PG-13 because of who is in it and some more adult content. There is one scen on the commercial where they the General "flying" onto the highway and a police officer starts to say "Holy S---" before they switch to another scene......... Later Darrell

Official word is that Warner Brothers has 2 movie trailers that will premiere at the superbowl, one is the new full lenght trailer for Batman Begins and the other is what is called a teaser for the dukes of hazzard. Batman begins will be 2 1/2 minutes long while the DOH Teaser will be less than 30 seconds

I hope Willie has those awful braided ponytails cut off if he is to play Uncle Jesse!!! Honestly, that is one charactor that shouldnt be fouled up by anyone, especially someone that is not an actor. In my opinion, Jesse was everybodies uncle (eventhough he corrected everyone that called him Uncle Jesse, "I ain't your Uncle Jesse") and the most respected charactor on the show by everyone, all the charactors called him Sir or Mr. Duke. I just hate to see Uncle Jesse get dissed. I don't have a problem with the other cast members, and I know it is being built as a more serious atmosphere, but leave Unlce Jesse, as Uncle Jesse!!! Dan

Wanted to let you guys know that I found a new Collier & Co. - Hot Pursuit 2 Disc DVD at our local Rite Aid Pharmacy for $4.99! Yes $4.99! I couldn't believe it. I almost feel like I should mail John some money. Watched the special features disc last night and going to watch the movie tonight. Don't know if Mr. Schneider realizes it is being so so cheap, but I didn't think twice about grabbing it.

.... how many dodge chargers the production team went tghough during the series? and how many were used during the film as they are rare now.

Just something for some people who are intrested in seeing the movie. The orginal series, when it started back in the 70's, got horrible reviews and the big wigs HATED the show. Needless to say we are still talking about and loving the saw that is The Dukes of Hazzard 30 years later!!!

I have a different idea for a dukes of hazzard movie. what about having the original cast but also have the children of bo and luke. They are in there mid 4os so they can have children of their low 20s. i think that would be cool.

Are there pictures of the Patrol Cars that will be in the movie,will they be the same patrol cars from the TV series or different Chrysler Cars like maybe the Concorde or the Dodge Intrepid?

Howdy Folks, this is my first post here at Hazzard Net, though I've been reading em for a while. Just wounderin if anyone knows where I can download Cage 9's rocked out verson of the Dukes Theme that played at the end of the trailer.

Are standing at over 5 million copies sold, per VideoBusiness.com. Five freakin' million copies. This, on top of global box office revenues of over 80 million bucks when the movie was in theatres. That's not counting the sales of the original series on DVD, nor the current sales of "The Beginning" straight-to-DVD movie. "Dukes of Hazzard" is an ATM machine for Warner Bros. I expect we'll see more Dukes incarnations beyond "The Beginning." Still no official news on the odds of a new series, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was at least another DVD project in the wings. Brian

The General Lee makes the HOT ROD magazine August issue. Inside the magazine are some behind the scenes shots with the General Lee and the awesome jump that I got to witness being an extra. I picked it up today at Autozone--seen the cover---turned to the page and was soooo excited!

I was watchin tv the other nite and I saw Leno kinda knocking the dukes I was kinda surprised to see him of all people knock this movie. He himself claims to be a big car guy so I kinda figured and car person would love the movie. thats just my opion seeing as tho this is the best car movie since smokey and the bandit....at least imo....seeing as tho all the new movies use all the CGI crap.

Last Sunday as part of the 2nd Annual Mopar & Vette Car CLub Challenge Benefit for Landon Robert at No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, LA., 15 cars used in the filming of new Dukes of Hazzard movie put on an Exhibition race including the Gen Lee & police car chase... It was all in good fun, but it was a big crowd pleaser... The benefit raised over $7,500 for this lil 4&1/2 year old boy who is fighting cancer...
