On the Hazzardnet home page 'Strange visitor to Hazzard' is touted as the worst episode. So where does 'Robot P Coltrane' fit into this equation ? I can't seriously believe that 'Robot' is a better episode than 'Strange visitor' or do I need to re-watch. Sure its far fetched but for me it makes a change for the usual stuff.

For quite some time now I've been wondering why anybody hasn't built a real life Boars nest somwhere in the south. A place like Conyers Georgia or near that location where Dukes started would be the ideal location for it . I think it would be awesome if some fans got together to build one. Maybe one day....

With the Coy and Vance episodes looking to start this week on CMT, it got me thinking what might could have been done with these characters if the producers just hadn't made them simple Bo and Luke clones. Here's my take on what could have been done with these characters: First, Coy. What if Coy and his family were still running shine? Nowhere was it stated that Jesse was the only Duke in the shine business and if it was a family tradition, it seems to me that some of his brothers and sisters would have been in it as well. Hey y'all After putting it off all summer, I've finally done it! I passed my driver theory test which allows me to drive any car so long as I have a full licensed driver with me, and have "L" plates displayed on the car I'm driving. After I've done 12 lessons with a certified instructor, and after I've had my first licence I'm able to apply for my full licence. That means I can drive alone and without "L" plates on the car I'm driving. I drove home from the motor tax center earlier (where I filled out the form to get my licence) and couldn't help smiling uncontrollably. I just finished watching this episode from season 6. And I'd be willing to bet that June Forray of Looney Tunes fame dubbed over the voice for the character 'Terry Lee' Played by Danny Cooksey. Anyone else notcie this? Was it ever explained why?

Howdy Hazzard! Lemme be polite and introduce myself. My name is Emma, and I've been a Dukes fan since high school. My boyfriend at the time was a big fan, so he introduced me to the Dukes. Turns out that now I'm a bigger fan than he is! Now, I need a little help from somebody. My friends and I have been going crazy trying to remember what the name of the Dukes' goat is. Well, hi, y'all! Cousin Gaylord Duke here, from England, just passing through Hazzard. I've got a couple of questions. I've just discovered, to my great pleasure, that the two Dukes TV movies (Reunion and Hollywood), which I've never seen, are finally out on DVD. However, they're only available to US customers, and I live in the UK and need a disc that works with Region 2. Now, looking on eBay, I see that there's a couple of people advertising this disc in the UK, and one of them claims that it's the official disc, and that it works in Regions 1, 2, 3 and 4. However, the official info listed by Amazon US says that it's only a Region 1 disc. Warner Bros, very unhelpfully, …

Took the family to georgia to see the filming locations and it was the 2nd time I've been there. I noticed on the courthouse sidewalk they had pavers that said in the heat of the night, footloose, and vampire diaries but wasn't one for the dukes of hazzard. Just disappoints me that they dont recognize how special and popular the show was

For some reason i could almost swear there were 3 cast changes to the original Duke boys.....online i can only find the originals with schneider, and the coy/vance pair...i thought there was one more.

This story is both amusing (as in, it could be straight out of an episode, could imagine Boss and Rosco planning it!) and annoying, how how U.K. Police can waste time on something so trivial and yet ignore many bigger real crimes. Basically, a General Lee was carrying newlyweds in Dorset, U.K., when the drive, a Wayne Duke (yes, really) sounded the Dixie horn twice, and the Police promptly pulled them over from breaking the law! I was just on the CMT website looking up episodes of the series and the last few sounded pretty weird to me. One is about Roscoe being replaced by a robot and another is about Bo and Luke meeting an alien from outerspace. The Dukes and sci-fi don't really mix, so what's up with these episodes? Is there more to this than meets the eye or were these shows really as bad as they sound?

I know an elderly lady who just started using Facebook and wasn't very good at it. When she announced the death of someone she posted LOL at the end. Needless to say she got a lot of concerned responses. She then explained that she thought it meant Lots Of Love. Who remembers that hilarious commercial from a couple years ago with the old ladies "That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works!" when one unfriended the other? The funny thing is that when I saw it I didn't know what "posting something to the wall" meant. When it was explained to me it was even funnier. '
