Hello first off my name is ken and I'm new to this forum but not to the duke boys and the general lol I've been toying around for years to build the general and am ready I have just completed my knightrider car kitt replica fully Funtional and am entertaining the idea of selling or possable trade to get my general but no matter what I need to find a charger in fair condition obviously the better condition the car is the better for me but like I said looking to build the general doesn't need to drive but prefer it does so please let me know if you have a car you would like to sell reasonably priced or possable trade thanks

Since i wass a kid i've bin a fan of everything that includes cars, Night Rider, Michael Valliant and ofcourse DOH the most of all. I was sure that when I would hit 18 (legal driving age here in Holland) i would get my drivers lincense immediately. It didn't happen as I planned becauce a few days after i turned 18 i 'had to go in to the hospital for surgery and after that I went of to college and i didn't had the money to take drivers lessons. Hey y'all I was working on my General Lee bike earlier,and my mom came out and said "I think your a little obsessed with the Dukes of Hazzard". I thought about that statement,and realized that I'm fairly obsessed. I've got all seven seasons,the 2 reunion DVD's,some of the episodes on video,some recorded from years ago when it was on over here,I had a General Lee bike which was stolen and replaced,I'm in the process of making a Rosco bike,my bedroom is orange and covered in Dukes posters and pictures.Sorrell Booke inspired me to become an actor (I'll never be as good as him, that's impossible) and I'd love to be a stuntman thanks to Paul Baxley...the list goes on and on. …

I was snoopin around on the Hazzard site and stumbled into the Chatroom on HazzardNet. Of course, no one was there----unless y'all are hiding from me ! So I checked out the "Chat Times" in the forum and noticed the dates of the last posts. It seemed that no one really goes in there which lead me to post this question in the "General Discussion" area in hopes that more people just might read it. This website has got DVD quality screencaps up of the first six episodes ("Days of Shine and Rose" through "The Ghost of General Lee") of the second season up. I'm back from my trip, and I cant think of a word to describe the trip. I got there Thursday afternoon and my Mom was not talking to anyone. I was so tired, I didn't care. Recently, me and my fiance went to a local ice cream shop to get ice cream and I had my good ol' general lee t-shirt on. It's was just the plain orange one with 01 and "general lee" in blue above it just like the car. So anyways, the guy that took our order was african-american and the second he saw my shirt he would not look at me. He looked at my fiance and took her order and even looked at her while he made the ice cream. The entire time he took my order and made mine he did not look at me once. Hey everyone. I am new to this site but, I am no stranger to the Dukes. I was born in 1980, and I can remember watching Bo and Luke ever since I was about five or six. As a matter of fact, some of my not-so-immediate family still call me Cooter. My fiance bought me 8 flannel shirts, a cobra cb, and parts for my truck for christmas. The ringtone for my cellphone, is the closing to the dukes of hazzard. I have a #3, tattooed on my shoulder, and a rebel flag on my arm. My Idea of dressing up, is tucking in my shirt, and changing hats. For an aniversery present, I sung my fiance, good hearted woman by waylon. You had a Ford Escort, that laid rubber in 3 out of 4 gears. I destroyed my truck, by getting air, over a small hill, and railroad tracks. I bought that truck from a junkyard. I can the differece between good moonshine and the cheap stuff. Marlboro, and Budweiser, sent me a Christmas card.

Business Week magazine recently did a story titled "The South is Spreading" on page 88 of their 4/25-5/1 issue. Apparently American southern culture is the latest global craze. Music, fashion, entertainment and food from dixie are speading like wildfire around the globe. For example, the Bellamy Brothers were recently "treated like Elvis" in places like Sri Lanka and South Africa. They gave a few reasons for the phenomenon but the one I liked most is the fact that the world has gotten crazy and folks around the world are looking for a simpler, relaxing and fun way of living.
