Well there's one more Luke in the world. My daughter had a son on June 15 named Lucas. My daughter and her husband might not be Dukes fans but little Lucas might be destined to be one. After all, he was born on Waylon's birthday......On top of that, we have a dog named Daisy and a cat named Flash. This kid's off to a good start in life!!!!

Well well and well again, it’s Christmas Eve, here’s hoping y’all have a Merry Christmas! Tonight I’m planning on heading to the local church, and spending the rest of the evening with family at home, culminating in a night curled up with hot cocoa and a good holiday movie, The question is should I watch Christmas Comes To Willow Creek, tonight or tomorrow. I think everybody noticed it. In this new Forum, if you check "Who's online", you can see what thread guests are watching. I always check "who's online" 'cause it's GREAT, from time to time, re-watch some old threads. Yeah, you open the page "Who's online" and you bump into some old thread that make you nearly shout "OH MY GOD, I remember it.... and that story... and that user". And it brings a lot of reflections: - It's incredible how many people watch this Forum, ALL threads, the oldest ones too. It means this is a GREAT Forum, attracting DOH's fans year after year. - It's sad to realize the time's passing. I watch at those old threads with a mix of happyness and sadnes…

Happy Easter Y'all! Hope it was special, and you all had fun. Unfortunatly, I don't think there is a very Easter-like Dukes episode. Oh, well! Anyway, I just wanted to wish my fellow Hazzardite citizens a Happy Easter. Oh, and if you all have any stories about things that happened this Easter, or on past Easters, it would be great to hear them! Or if you and your family have any traditions you like, I always enjoy reading about them. I am always amazed at how one holiday is celebrated in so many unique ways. General Grant wrote a post recently that made me wonder if any of ya'all would want to share the story of the first time you fell in love with the Dukes. I was going to truck driving school for the USMC (Reserves) in Camp Lejeune North Carolina when the series first came out. Everybody was talking about it so I watched it in the rec room of the barracks one Friday evening. From what I remember, it was "High Octane" but I'm not really sure. I know we've talked a lot about favorite characters, episodes, seasons and quotes but a recent post on the Uncle Jesse Quotes thread made me think we should do a favorite scenes thread. (If we've already done it, let's do it again). Post one at a time to keep the thread going a little longer.

When Season 5 gets its eventual DVD release, who should be on the cover? I'm curious to find out if both Bo and Luke as well as Coy and Vance are on the cover (remember, Bo and Luke return later in Season 5)... I, along with others I know, are hoping other cast members make it to the cover. I would prefer a full cast shot for the cover of any upcoming season...and we have a good start in that Boss Hogg appears on the cover of Season 4 to be released in August. So what are your thoughts for a cover for Season 5?

I know an elderly lady who just started using Facebook and wasn't very good at it. When she announced the death of someone she posted LOL at the end. Needless to say she got a lot of concerned responses. She then explained that she thought it meant Lots Of Love. Who remembers that hilarious commercial from a couple years ago with the old ladies "That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works!" when one unfriended the other? The funny thing is that when I saw it I didn't know what "posting something to the wall" meant. When it was explained to me it was even funnier. '

Since, Bo, Luke and Daisy are cousins, and Jesse is their uncle, what relation does the parents of the 3 cousins have to Jesse? Were the dads or moms of the 3 cousins, brothers or sisters of Jesse? How many Brothers and sisters did Jesse have? How are the 3 cousins nephews and niece to Jesse? I can never remember a time where and how they explained uncle Jesse raising the 3 cousins, other than the parents were killed in an accident. Were they all going to a picnic and met their faith??? I know, curiosity killed the cat, but I have 8 more lives left...hahahaha....

Did Bo & Luke have a job or did they live off of Daisy's waitress job? Uncle Jesse had the farm but they didn't farm anything that I know of. I know they often got accused of running moonshine but that was not their profession. I know they got prize money from races, and they sometimes did car repairs, and sometimes they got rewards from their adventures, but it would be hard to live like that. Just wondering if they ever alluded to what they did for a living.

hello, since i was 8 or 9 yrs old when the show was cancelled, i was wondering what was the final show was about, was it like cheers where it left the fans thinking the the bar was still open, or was it like mash where everyone, bo, luke ...etc, went their own way? Just wondering

I am trying to update my profile and I have noticed on several of the posts that it says hazzardite for life. Is this something that has to be typed in the avatar place? I feel that I am and always will be and have been a hazzardite for life. Thanks in advance for any help. Brandy

Well I'm another newbie to join y'all! I came about this site rather by accident and I'm sure glad I did. I was originally trying to find out why my two 1981 General Lee Ertl 1/64 cars where different (made in different countries, molded different, different 01 stickers, and they are not the 1997 release they are original 81s), but stumbled onto you folks!
