Anyone here have any ideas where to find the sound assembly and roll bar for my 1982 General lee pedal car? Thanks everyone!

John and Tom chose to walk off the set for more memorabilia residuals which they admitted later was a mistake. The producers had two choices, either keep the show going and hope the ratings didn't fall too far and have the show cancelled or just simply shut the production down which would have almost guaranteed no more Dukes. Thanks goodness Coy and Vance kept the show going for another season!

I had thought that my Cyber-Stalker had finally given up but unfortunately she sent yet another message this week. As usual when I tried to contact FanFiction I didn't receive a reply. I have ISP addresses but the names change with every contact. I swear, someone this obsessed for this long should be in a mental hospital. I tried not to let it bother me but a part of me had to admit that to be the object of such obsession is a bit frightening. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with my Stalker for my Dukes Stories?

Hey y'all i was just watching a few episodes and i was laughing hard at boss and rosco and it get me thinking...... What is your favorite funny moment from the dukes?? For example one of mine: The season 5 credits with coy and vance crack me up. I dont think they had much action footage of the two and it showed. You know its not a good start when the most you can show of Christopher Mayer is him running to jack up the car! I dunno, i found it hilarious.

I'm watching season 5 and Coy and Vance were over on the far end of their property when they crashed through the fence and I saw the sign : DUKE PROPERTY No Trespassing I was thinking it would make a neat sign to hang on a garage wall or even a rec room wall for one of us Hazzardites!

ok, so this has always stumped me, if they are so broke, and really dont have much money to throw around. They drive 24/7 and burn gas constantly, where do they get the money for pay for it all, i mean i have figure on one conclusion, is to get it from cooter.. but for free? maybe sombody can help me out on this one?

From my all time favorite movie - Smokey & The Bandit, we have lost the "great" Jerry Reed. I don't know what to say. I am actually very sad. Loved his music and his movie roles. They didn't cause anyone to leave the show. Somebody had to fill in. I honestly think they did a great job until Bo/Luke returned. I enjoy their shows and think they should be considered a part of the Duke family. It seems like a lot of people think of them as villians and I just don't get it. If you guys ever read this board I for one say thanks for holding down the fort.

Ok so we all love them for bringing them back! but latley and its currently the 11th of sept 2005, they only air the show at like 2am now!! until october 4th! then they go back to 10pm. but honeslt lol i have school and i cant be up till 3 to watch the dukes, as much as i would love to, i mean what do they think they are doing, I say Damn the new show" ed" good show, but they took over the airing time that was convinient. Anybody else a bit pisses about this?

do you remember any of the songs they always played at skating rinks when you were a kid? that should be a genre all its own, like, rock, pop, roller-rock. lol i remembered this one i went to when i was a kid always played candyman by sammy davis jr and played this wierd video on the wall of this cute little fat guy making candy in a bakery. it was bizarre! plus of course the classics like ymca. any memories?

Definitely the NAGLFC and the CGLFC. Yes Dukes fandom was pretty much unheard of till 1992 when this young fellow Aneesh Sehgal decided to start an Official fan club. Go read the history and you'll see a familiar name. Yes the mega event Dukesfest even sprang from this fan club.

Anyone know where one could acquire a reasonable copy of Rosco's hat? Ain't as simple as just getting a cowboy hat....got one of those already, and as I live in the Southwest in the middle of cowboy country, there are a plethora of styles to choose from. I just have no idea what to ask for or where to look....

Here's something interesting about Boss. I paused the part in "Baa Baa White Sheep" in which the Sheriff of Finchburg briefly held onto Abraham Lincoln Hogg's drivers license. For date of birth it read April 6, 1926. Since he is Boss's twin this means Boss was only about 54 at that time. Since Boss is supposed to be about the same age as Jesse, this appears to be a blooper since Jesse (and Boss) are clearly much older than 54. Also, Abraham's residency on the license is Hazzard and since he hadn't lived there in decades, that seemed inaccurate. I'm sure the writers didn't put much thought into it at the time because they weren't considering pause buttons. I'm gone.

Hey y'all another post! New question.... If you could quit your job now, and get your dream job, what job would that be? I myself have and still aspire to work in films. I've had a few years of experience with cameras, editing, sound work, and very very light acting. To sum it up it was the best experience of my life, and if I could find the right outlet to be able to achieve this again, I wouldn't blink twice.

I posted this over on the General Lee site, but I thought I'd post it here, too. Just a little of my silliness y'all might get a kick out of. I wrote this poem last year, but I decided to make an audio recording of it for everyone and I gathered some photos to make a little video.
