LOL I guess we're getting old BoDuke80. These kids have never heard of the Blues Brothers. I'm not going to tease them too much though because I'm sooooo appreciative of young Dukes fans. Any younger person who loves the Dukes of Hazzard as much as they do, is all right in my book. We need them to keep the Dukes tradition going forever. I'm not a Blues Brother fan so you know what my answer is. I don't necessarily dislike them, I just never paid that much attention to them.

Sometimes if I feel like I need to improve my life I'll make a one month resolution. For example, I made a one month resolution (on May 1) to watch less politics on TV and more Dukes. I kept it and it started a trend that I've stuck with pretty well this summer. Politics make me mad so I can only watch so much of it but for some reason I like to watch it anyways. Dukes on the other hand have nothing but positive effects on me. LOL

Sometimes a New Year's Resolution can be pretty intimidating so it's best if poeple make a New Month Resolution. If you can keep a good habit going for 30 days, there's a good chance you can keep it going longer than that. September will be here before you know it. Make a more reasonable goal by making a commitment to yourself for a month Garrett. Of course, folks here like you just the way you are and don't think you need to improve anything!!

Here's a couple clues on that last one. It was from season 5. Somebody got an award at the end of the episode, delivered by Miz Tisdale just seconds after she popped a wheelie on her motorcycle. Of course, she had to ask for ID before she could give the award.

I do like some of the newer singers that have country sounding voices. Kenny Chesney is the first one to come to mind. Jason Aldeen too. I don't like them enough to buy a CD or anything but they definitely sound country. I love southern voices like Charlie Daniels and Loretta Lynn. Of course Charlie's been know to rock things up a little but that okay because he's southern, plays a fiddle and I love his political views. He's a true patriot and a living legend. I sure wish Rosco would have caught him and his band in his celebrity speed trap. Charlie Daniels for President!!!!!! (unless he's running against Uncle Jesse)
