    Well I wasn't really a fan of hers and I can't even think of what her biggest hit was. Maybe someone can google her name and look it up. If not, I will later. I'm curious now that I think of it. It bothers me that I can't think of her biggest songs.

    I think mine is called a Zenstone or something like that. I don't think it holds a lot of songs but I don't care because there's only a handful of singers I really like......and the ones I do like I'm extremely loyal to. The only CDs I have in addition to the ones I mentioned in the last post are Elvis, Patsy Cline and Sade (but Sade ain't country)

    Happy Birthday General Lee is one of my favorite episodes. It was so awesome that the makers of Dukes decided to produce an episode like that. Since you two are relatively new to the HazzardNet I was wondering if you knew that the lady thief who had the General at the beginning is country music singer Janie Fricke?

    Sorry to get off the subject (I'm still on the subject of country singers though) I got an MP3 player a few months ago but only recently used it (maybe about 2 weeks ago) Anyway, this weekend I went on a little trip and used it extensively for the first time. Let me just say that I now know why you youngsters like them contraptions so much. It was pretty cool to hear Charlie Daniels, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams Jr and Sr, Loretta Lynn, Johnny Horton and The Dukes soundtrack (1981) for such an extended time and in such high quality. I'm not saying that I'm going high-tech. In general, I'm not a big fan of technology.....but as long as it exposes me to more Dukes and classic country I suppose I can make an exception.

    This is the moment I've dreaded but I knew would happen some day. After answering 309 Duke or Dupes correctly, Daisy has missed one. I still can't figure out how Daisy accomplished such a streak considering how getting a set of 3 is tough enough....she got a set of 3 right over 100 times!! Congratulations Daisy!!!! Your accomplishment was unbelievable and I doubt it will ever be challenged but you never know. I'm in Dupe and trivia for the long haul so it's possible. Incidently, Walnut Grove was on "The Return of the Mean Green Machine" (season 5) and is located north of Hazzard. I made up Sycamore Swamp. There was never any body of water of any type with Sycamore in its name.

    Even though I disagree with you Lori I do admire you for standing up for what you believe in and taking the time to write such a lengthy post. I think it's awesome that you focus on the positive but I just couldn't find too may positive things to focus on when I saw it. There were a few though. What bothered me the most is what they had to do to sell the movie to the younger generation. I'm saddened that a large percentage of teenagers can't enjoy a movie unless it's loaded with immorality. Thankfully, that generalization doesn't apply to the younger folks here on the HazzardNet. It's up to people like you Lori to carry on The Dukes tradition long after folks like me have passed on to Hazzard Heaven. Thanks to youngsters like you, I feel good knowing that my favorite show is timeless.
