  1. Here's the corrected scores Bo 39 Luke 31 Jesse 30 Here's how I arrived at that. The posts should have been... (starting with my last one at 1:17am)..post #519... 42 31 27 42 30 28 41 31 28 40 32 28 39 32 29 39 31 30 (this post) You'll notice that these all add up to 100 and take away the double point deductions. Personally I think that if somebody doesn't want to play they just should stop playing. That's the way it's been since it started. Folks who want to stick with it shouldn't be punished because someone is getting frustrated. On the other hand I respect and care about BoJames and Garrett enough that I'm not sure I want to continue if it's going to cause hard feelings so I'm kinda divided here. What do you think Meadowmufn? *all ears turn toward our Supreme Superior Commander*
  2. *Jesse hangs up hat on the rack and pulls out a kitchen chair, making a rubbing noise on the floor. He then sits down without sliding the chair back in and sighs. He looks at the apples on the middle of the table while talking, appearing to be in deep thought as he spoke* "I've known Molly since the day she was born. And I helped bring Alice into this old world. When her folks couldn't make it to the hospital, they stopped here. Yer aunt wasn't home so it was me who had to be the doctor." *Jesse paused for a moment* "I've never seen the look of fear on Alice like I did today. That girl ain't afraid to wrestle a ten foot gator but she's scared to death. Molly is just as scared. She won't say it but I can see it in 'er eyes. I got a terrible feeling something horrible is about to happen out there. I don't know what. Molly won't say nothin' and Alice is so out of her mind, she says there's some kind of swamp monster running around." *Jesse continued to stare at the table*
  3. I don't know but I'll guess A and H just for fun. I love "How Great Thou Art"...especially Elvis's version.
  4. Two more days until the big show. I'm probably going to have trouble sleeping tomorrow night. I'm going to feel like a kid on Christmas Eve.
  5. Bo 42 Luke 31 Jesse 27
  6. Jesse wasn't very pleased about being pushed out of the shack. He knew there was trouble in the swamp and was frustrated he couldn't find out from Molly or Alice what it was. He walked back to the borrowed boat, took it back to his truck, tied it up and drove home. Back at the farm, Jesse greeted Bo.
  7. Oh no, I really messed that one up. I looked at all 5 names and forgot that B was one of the people who were involved in making the show so that's who I was going to guess. By the way, are you sure you spelled Turenne right? Nice job BoJames. I'm impressed with your memory....as always.
  8. Bo 42 Luke 32 Jesse 26
  9. I just watched "Arrest Jesse Duke" today and he said some politically incorrect things about the 4 female villians, especially at the end. You're right Hoss, there's no way that would fly today.
  10. LOL I love your question. I looked at it and thought there was no way I could get it but then I got a good laugh when I looked closer...very clever Hoss. I'll give someone else a first chance to answer.
  11. From "Arrest Jesse Duke" when Bo, Daisy and Luke were in Cooter's tow truck being shot at. Bo "This just seems a little strange. I ain't never had no girl shootin' at me before." Luke "Generally it's the girl's father shootin' at ya."
  12. Under the circumstances I might have a red bloody nose if I keep making you mad.
  13. LOL I got your message. If I made sense to people they would think something's wrong with me.

  14. Sorry Garrett. Mine's green. I guess this means we can no longer be friends.
  15. Woops. I messed up. The guy with the distinctive voice I was thinking about was Pat Buttram from "The Days of Shine and Roses" (Sam). He was the guy at the beginning who thanked the retired revenuer for bringing in the old film. He was also the same guy who told Enos to count the jugs before the race between Boss and Jesse and played the bartender in that ep.
  16. Unless he's not paying attention because he's distracted by sweet Daisy.
  17. Here's a question for you. How big of a holiday is St. Patrick's Day over there? Do schools close down or anything?
  18. Then you must be talking about Hogg's Heckcat (sorry for the slight alteration of the name...it's a family website) LOL
  19. "Police work is my life...khee khee"
  20. Now my brain is going (stand back...that usually means trouble) One of the Ridge Raiders has a very distinctive voice and was in a lot of Disney cartoons. I'm going to put that episode in now and see if I can figure out what his real name is. I can't even think of what his ficticious name was on "The Return of the Ridge Raiders."
  21. Not bad for an old timer! (usually I'm wrong so I celebrate big time when I get something right) LOL
  22. Thanks Bo. My 5000th post isn't a big milestone compared to what's coming up. I only need to have 5 more posts that make sense to get my 10th! Maybe I'll post something that makes sense tonight so I'll be down to 4 more. If I could only think of something....

  23. Bo 41 Luke 34 Jesse 25
  24. Hmmm, that's a toughie. It wasn't on "Happy Birthday General Lee" was it? ...or Dr Jekyl and Mr. Duke?
  25. You sure have some great computer skills Hoss. I listened to the song (I haven't heard it in 30 years I bet) and they mention the train at the end. I don't think it's included in the lyrics because they're talking and not singing. It's at the very end right after they mention the ugly stick if you're interested. Thanks for posting that link! Good memories!
