I have to work the next couple of evenings so I won't be around for the chat tomorrow. If anybody else is planning on trying to get something going post it here.
Thanks for updating us countrygirl. You're in our thoughts and prayers. Please keep letting us know how you're doing. Like I said earlier, everybody here is family so when one of us is hurting we all are.
I'm ashamed to admit this but I've never seen Moonrunners. It's not that I haven't wanted to. I've just never seen it on anywhere. Years ago I checked in two different video stores and they didn't have it. I guess I'm just making excuses because I haven't made a big effort to locate it. Maybe I'll ask for it for my birthday in April. I don't internet shop but my kids do so I'm guessing I'll get it if I ask.
Hoss got right. Those handsome Beaudry boys are from the Chatahoochee Hills of Tennessee (more than 50 miles away). I'm not real sure where the Comfurt's are from. I have three towns marked in my notebook for that episode but I'm still not sure. I think it's Center City but I have Plattsboro and Pine Springs mentioned too. I guess I should have been a little more detailed in my "Other Counties" section. Sorry I'm slow with the answer. I've been working a ton of double shifts. Now please tell us more about that episode you mentioned Brian.
I've always been interested in their knives too Sissy. Great job with that screengrab Hoss. I own the biggest knife Buck makes. It's NOT a folding kniife like the one pictures. It's called the General...no kidding...it really is. I don't think it was named after our favorite car though. According to my trusty notebook Luke's knife isn't a Buck. It's a Barlow. He's a country boy so I'm sure he has more than one...LOL I found out it was a Barlow by using the closed captioning on the episode "Jude Emery"
I have a bunch of them laying around the house Brian and I want to use this official thread to formally announce that none of them are for sale....especially the one on top of my dresser.
It's not every day I log onto HazzardNet and read a post this intense. You're certainly in my prayers countrygirl. I really don't know what else to say except keep us updated on how you're doing. We're all family here so when one of us is hurting we all are.
LOL Thanks Brian. That's twice that you've recently caught mistakes I've made. I'm embarressed but glad they got corrected. Getting old isn't as bad as the alternative. Much better. By the way, where's Val been? I know she'd laugh if she saw the midgets on a mule. (There I go, getting my sayings mixed up again)
I'm too ugly to be on Facebook but I'll tell my beautiful wife because she "likes" the HazzardNet too...since it keeps me out of trouble. (Little does she know that I get in a lot of trouble on HazzardNet)
