It's raising, not reins. I loved it when she mentioned Charlie Daniels. On TV I saw when they met and he teased her about knowing the words to all his songs.....which is impossible unless she had a memory like Skipper Duke.
It's good to have you back home TXZ045. If you want to use your old screen name I bet Hoss could help you out. He claims the amazing things he does on a computer are just technology but I suspect it is really magic. 'Round here we call him the Wizzard of Hazzard.
It has been reported that Samuel E. Wright has just passed away. He was Enos's police partner in the TV series Enos. Unfortunately, Enos never came out on DVD so only us folks who were lucky enough to see the series when it originally aired know what a great duo Enos and Turk were. I didn't know this but he was also the voice of Sebastian on The Little Mermaid. He was 74 and will be missed.
Seeing a rocking chair do that would be awesome. Any other cool stories about that house? The end of The Village is why I liked it so much so we couldn't disagree more. It certainly wasn't an ending for everybody. You either loved it or hated it...no in between. The Cabin in the Woods is the same way. I also like Johnny Depp's Dracula movie but I'll usually only watch movies like that for Halloween. I can't think of the name.
I just thought of this. When you saw the rocking chair slide did you go into the basement to check for silver thieves?
It's so good to have you here Philip. If you ever get time tell us more of what you think of the show. Did you like the first 5 episodes of season one that were filmed in Georgia? Who is your favorite character? We don't get many "newish` fans here so we sure hope you stay around awhile and tell us more about your Dukes experience. Welcome to the HazzardNet family , cousin Philip.
As you can tell from past posts, I at times feel all is gloom and doom. There are also times that I feel like there is hope. Seeing John Schneider on ABC's The Doctors gave me hope. I still think this thing will end badly in the long run but for now, there are are still a few sane people left who have a voice so we may win a few battles.
Now, that's an impressive response! We're sure happy to have you here rwd81. This place is packed full of information so a big fan like you is going to have fun here. We're glad you are one of the HazzardNet family now!
Edit: I guess I should call you Rob!
I'm not into horror movies either. I do like scarey movies that have monsters in them but not movies where people are hurting other people. I just saw "The Cabin in the Woods". That was good. So was "The Village". Cabin had monsters but Village didn't.
