We're getting ready to have restrictions eased here in Pennsylvania. I think on Jan 4 or something. It's a bit of a surprise since numbers are only going down slightly. The decision makers are in a lose/lose situation because no matter what they decide they get criticized. Oh well, as the saying goes, that's why they make the big bucks.
I'm not sure but I think you have to have the same middle name here in the US, in order to officially attach the title "Junior". Is that correct Spike?
It's been a long time since you were "kinda new here"....lol....and I remember when you were doing the same thing Skipper is doing.....digging through old threads. You guys are DOH super fans!
Happy New Year Boss. And Happy birthday on Jan 4.....just like that other Boss! Are you staying up until midnight? We have 3 grandchildren spending the night. I doubt the 5 year old will stay up but the older 2 might. My wife will probably be sleeping by 10.
I haven't done FB since I experimented with it earlier this year and don't plan on going back....maybe someday though. Are you still managing the HN reunion page of mine? Anything new on it?
I'm sorry to hear that Spike. Do you have the same middle name too? Hopefully 2021 will be better but the first half isn't looking like it's going to get off to a good start. Despite the pandemic I had a great 2020....mostly because of retirement.
That's great news Hobie. You are going to love them.......as long as you don't take them too seriousely.....they are cartoons after all. Some of them are pretty good but some of them are....how shall I say......easy to make fun of. Comment about them in my review thread if you want....or start your own.
I just got a late Christmas present, the book "Them Dukes! Them Dukes" written by Billie Rae Bates. This thing is 414 pages and at first glance looks fantastic. I'm so excited. I'll read every word of it. I was also told that I am getting something in the mail autographed by John Schneider but it didn't make it before Christmas. The exciting anticipation will definitely delay my usual annual post-Christmas blues.
Thanks Hoss. I guess I should have spent more time singing the song in my head before posting that. That way I wouldn't have made that mistake....too much Christmas music in my head.
We made national news. Our area is the only place in the USA where it was snowing Christmas morning, even including the Rocky Mountains! We got a foot and have another foot on the way.
When I was a kid my mom's cousin took me and my brother for a ride down a curvy mountain in his stock car and the hood flew off. Luckily we didn't crash. Hood pins would have been nice!
