i just thought of perfect theme song for dukes of hazzard if they ever made new show or movie all summer long by kid rock i listened ot it few times and be perfect what u all think anyone ever hear this song

SIAP, I have read about an Auto Trader commercial that is being filmed with John and Tom. Apparently they are doing a lot of stunts for one commercial, they have 2 hero cars (both of which are actual series used Generals), 2 Generals for hard core stunt driving, and lastly 2 more Generals used for jump scenes. This is the only pics I found online, Its a transport truck hauling the stunt Generals and some Hazzard County Sheriff cars...check them out... newer Chargers with decals like the old Monacos and Furys in the series. I don't know when it is scheduled to air, but the started filming this past Saturday. Jason

This is a video I put together as a Tribute to the greatest show ever, "The Dukes of Hazzard". It includes pictures of the original main cast plus cast members that had reoccurring roles in the show while the original theme song, "Good ol Boys" by Waylon Jennings is playing through it. The famous Hazzard County Stunt Show, presented by the Northeast Ohio Dukes, will be at the Lake County Fair on August 20th! There are NO cast appearances involved, this is a car stunt show only. But it's a great show, featuring the General Lee and police cars in live, dirt-flying, chase-and-crash action. I don't know if this has already been posted or not, but when I turned on the tv today I seen where Tom was arrested for a DWI and charged with reckless driving! I really wasn't expecting to wake up to that! Country singer Toby Keith has passed away at the age of 62. He had been diagnosed with stomach cancer back in 2022. For Dukes fans, he was also appeared as himself in the 2000 TV movie "The Dukes of Hazzard: Hazzard in Hollywood".

Very sad to hear that Rick has passed away. I would have loved to meet him and get an autograph. He was only at Cooter's Place just this past Sunday. Rest in Peace Rick (Cletus) I hope you're with the rest of the Dukes cast that has gone over the rainbow bridge.

John Schneider is in USA Today (Feb 5, Life section) The story features how much work his new manager is finding for him. His manager's name is Steven Jensen. Hmmm, is there a connection here? In this casual, behind-the-scenes interview published May 2nd, Tom Wopat talks about his formative years at the music program of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also spills the beans about the plans to do some casino concert gigs with John, and possibly do an album together. Tom also talks about his home state a bit. I dunno about ya'll, but I think it's way cool that a Dukes of Hazzard cast member actually owns a farm.

Tonight at 8, they are showing "Inside Fame: The Dukes of Hazzard" followed by a DOH marathon. It's all gonna happen 2 more times, too! What a wonderful wkend!

Roger suggested that those of you who weren't able to attend the concerts in Niagara Falls by Tom and john might like to know a bit about them. I am not a review writer, but I'll try to give you an idea. First of all though I have to say I originally was only going to the Saturday Show. Then John's mom, wonderful lady that she is, heard I didn't have a ticket for Friday and lo and behold I find my self in the third row both nights, close enough to see Tom's beautiful eyes and john's gorgeous smile...but I digress... The show lasted about one and a half hours each night. The songs were all great. Of course they did the Dukes theme both nights....and in tribute to Waylo…

Well We won!!! Warner Brothers is now saying the Confederate flag is going to STAY on the General Lee and saying the original story was"inaccurate" about banning the flag from future model kits or Die cast. Sounds to me they are just covering their arse from a potential big boycott and loss of possible revenue judging from the outcry on the net IMO.

Does anyone know about this? I hope they do show them all so I can record them on to VHS. Buying the seasons on DVD just doesn't seem right. Back when the Dukes aired, no one even had thought of such a thing.

I recommend folks rent the new video game before purchasing. It has excellent graphics!!! Original cast voices is a plus. Some of the adventures are not too bad... it seems to be more for an adult audience than kids. At least one level of free roam and multi player, open for folks who don’t want to do the missions would have been nice. There is a "Dixie" horn control button and one for yeehaa. The instruction booklet was disappointing, for the fact that it doesn’t give a listing of the one player mode missions. Both playstation 1 DOH games had an “episode†guide.
