Howdy. I'm new and i just wanted to say hi. i just started to watch the Dukes on CMT, and i liked what i saw, especially Luke.

Hey y'all. Well, I've been reading these forums on and off for several years, and have finally got around to signing up! (I work and often live on a boat, so internet access comes and goes!) I've been a Dukes fan my whole live. I was born in 1978, and Dukes began here in the U.K. in March '79, so I guess you could say I've literally grown up with it. One of my first memories is sitting on my Dad's knee (or by him when I was old enough to say "I'm old enough now!) watching Dukes. Hello. I remember my babysitter got me into this show! This is probably an odd choice for a favorite show, but it was one of them with the Beaudry's (weren't there only two episodes) and I was wondering if someone could tell me which one it was and what box set it's on: The episode I like is not the one where the Beaudry's get trapped in their own trap. I think they were doing something to Daisy (the other episode.) All's I remember, the Beaudrys put up quite a fight. They weren't easily beaten like other bad guys were. Thanks for all your help.

Hello. Im a new member here but very old in the Dukes. I am 24 now diacovered the Dukes when cmt started with the re runs. I am a gear head and have been wrenching on cars since is was 14. My favorite season is the 1st with an emphasis on the Georgia episodes. My goal is to build a charger into a clone of Lee2. I just need to find a charger. Lol

As for me, I grew up watching the show and have passed on the love to my son who enjoys the series as much as I did. I have many fond memories of the show, toys and merchandising from the original show's era though I enjoy all aspects of the franchise for the most part. I collect a few related items and still have all of my 3.75" figures as well as my original Happy Meal vehicles rom the early 80's. Well as sure as god made wee fishes, our Lee is climbing out of the ashes, and what a beaut. We lost all signs of the cars origin, and here she is. Decals going on next week so will be able to unviel the beast very soon. Remember, we doing a 3000 mile tour of Europe at the end of April, so as they say, "coming to a town near you" . I love Country/Bluegrass Music I live on a farm I love Dukes of Hazzard and Beverly Hillbillies and lots of old Shows I like writting and Drawing and singing (my dad even has a non-famous southern gospel group that i sing a song with him) I am a Redneck tho i reckon politically i'm 1/2 Redneck and 1/4 Hillbilly (my grandpa and his side of my dad's family are from KY hills and I'm proud of it. I kept hearing others kids talking about this new TV show, so I asked one of them what it was. I was a bit confused by the title "The Dukes of Hazzard", but one of the kids explained the show.
