Just to remind y'all: YES, they used a '74 Roadrunner which appeared in 5 of the first 9 episodes, then beginning with episode 11 they switched to a '71 Satellite Sebring in a Roadrunner paint scheme, hoping nobody would notice (we did). Some prefer the '74; personally I prefer the '71, finding it much sleeker and meaner looking with the wraparound bumper/grill assembly. Base kit is the Revell/Monogram '71 Plymouth GTX. Modifications include: -Replacement hood -Smaller-block engine (from 71 Duster) -Completely rebuilt & boosted rear suspension -Replacement tires -Wheel hubs from '77 Ford van Additionally, …

Here's some pics I've made and taken. All but one were done last year. This is my buddy, Kiwi. He's a 2 year old Nanday Conure. I swear this little guy can hold a conversation lol. His favorite things to say are "Hello", "Yo", "Yeah", "Okay", "Why?" and "Lexas" (that's one of our dogs). I love him to death and wouldn't trade him for the world ^.^ This is a pic of my character, Gabriel (Gabry for short). Back when I had my drawing tablet (up until last month XP), I did pics like this. This is another pic of my character, Gabry. I really like this one. This is a pic of a wasp I took last spring in my backyard. It's sitting on a closed peony.

Hello your friendly neighborhood Game Warden Here; Val Strate, with a fun and entertaining way to enjoy natures wildlife and winter! If you are like me and live in an area that gets colder than the seat of Boss Hogg's exercise bike, (that Lulu bought him for Christmas last year but he never uses.) You know that winter brings crystallized precipitation or in other words snow. The white stuff can be joyous as well as annoying. But have no fear; the Game Warden has come up with a simple and very fun game for you to play in the winter snow. You can play alone or with your friends. After the snow outside has stopped falling and you have a good clear day, take a short walk in t…

I have an annoucement to make, a little under two weeks ago I finished my 2006 Dodge Charger srt8 and it's grabber orange. For those who aren't familier with this color you might see this color on a Ford Mustang going down the road sometime. Well I have the revell version with the big rims and the scissors doors as well but I accidently glued shut I got a driver that is a red-haired lady in it. The trunk doesn't really open that well once you get all together and I left the interior grey as well. It has no decals on it, not even a license plate on it. And this joins my Charger collection of The General Lee, a flower power version of bright green 1967 Dodge Charger with de…

I want to do a 1/25 model kit of the General based on Revell's 69 Charger. The big issue seems to be the decals. All internet searches seem to point to jbot.ca as the best, but he hasn't been in business since 2018. Anyone have a suggestion for some accurate, complete water slide decals these days?

I am interested in starting a fantasty football league on Yahoo if anyone is interested. If not that is OK as well, just thought I would see if anyone would join if I started one or not. It would all be free to play and only for fun...Roger can tell you how horrible I am in fantasy sports. HA HA. So if anyone is interested or has questions on how it all works, you can PM me or write them here and I will do my best to answer them...though will have to start in the next couple of weeks if I do start it since the season will be starting up in a month or so...

I recently started working on an MPC General Lee build. I know the Revell '69 Charger kit is a much better kit, in fact I have a couple of those. However I wanted to see if I can make the MPC kit just a little bit nicer and more accurate. The kit I'm building is the most resent issue by Round 2. I have an original issue from back when the Dukes Of Hazzard was first on the air with the incorrect rear window. I was happy that the newest issue comes with the correct tunnel back rear window. Well when I opened the box the tunnel back rear window didn't quite look right. The molding is too wide and the shape looked off. I took out one of my Revell '69 Charge…

On to project #10: Hughie Hogg's Volkswagen! The first thing I discovered was that it was NOT repeat NOT a true convertible. Rather, it was a chop-top, as evidenced by the sedan-style windscreen, and the bottoms of the window posts still remaining. The second thing I had to learn was the difference between the classic Beetle and the Super Beetle. Some of you already know this, but it was new to me. Although the differences are easy to miss at first glance, I now see clearly that Hughie's ride was most definitely a Super Beetle with the roof cut off. After much more research and guidance from folks at an automotive modeling forum,…

I love art! I love making art, viewing art, learning about art work... Well, my friends, I found a wonderful painting that I'm sure all of you would love! It's a Masterpiece! If any of you are fimilar with the caveman paintings in France, you'll love this one! Even if you don't like the caveman paintings, I think if you're visiting Hazzardnet, you'll want to see this work of art! It goes to show you, that cavemen had good taste in art too! Actually it's painted by a man named Brandon Bird. The name of the work is called "Two Warriors Come Out of the Sky". http://www.brandonbird.com/twowarriors.html Tell me what you think! Hey folks, Had a few requests here and elsewhere to see the entire lineup (so far) of my Hazzard County fleet which has been under construction for the past 6 years. None of these are out-of-the-box, each taking a huge investment of time, research and effort. Greatest challenges were in the tow truck. Next project is already in the research and materials-gathering stage. Hope you enjoy!

Yes Folks, Jeff Foxworthy has a board game out called "You Might Be A Redneck If...!" Personally, I bought it, and I confess, I was looking through some of the trivia questions on it that determine if you move or not move (Ya move x no. of spaces for getting the question right, x number if you move wrong, it's different for each card, each card having four questions, only one of which is read during each turn). Anyway, I was reading the cards, and I found one you guys might love! You might be a redneck if... You have a framed portrait of _____. A. The General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard B. A hog C. Dolly Parton. Unfortunatley, the answer is B because the quote for the m…
