He is actually a professional driver and I was told that he attended the Skip Barber Racing School. Is Sean W. Scott up to the challenge of making the General Lee dance the way he should? Okay, Johnny Knoxville is Always going to be best known for his MTV series Jackass and Jackass The Movie. Now ive seen his parts in Duces Wild, MIB 2, Walking Tall, Gte Shorty. He really isnt that bad of an actor, Suprisingly! However a bit of a persons personality Always leaks into the character at hand. And dont be so swift to judge. Hes an Actor. Actors are meant to totally change image, personality & speech (sometimes accent too). Bottom line we Know Luke was the mature one of the bunch... Can Knoxville pull it off? im gone. -Brad

I was just curious. I'm partial to the first few seasons. My favorite being the very first. I just wish there were more episodes.

We all know about the Dukes in the show Bo ,Jessie,Luke,Co,Vance and Daisy. What about the rest of the family? Did Jessie every Marry? Does Luke have any brothers or siters. What about Lukes perents? Anyone know?

I was thinking about how they might go about putting the trailer together and thought wouldnt it be cool if they used the theme from the show while showing clips from the movie? I'm not really interested in a new version of the song being used, I'd rather stick with Waylon's version. What do you think?

Hey, y'all. I'm new to the board but not new to the website. Does anyone have any thoughts on when we can expect to see an official movie poster for the Dukes? I keep checking the IMDB frequently, since usually that's one of the first places an official poster will pop up, but I haven't seen anything yet. -Keith

First let me say this is the best site I've found for info about the movie. I'm the part owner of the garage that is being used for Cooter's. The filming started on the afternoon of November 18 and ran until about midnite. It continued after lunch the next day and ran until about 2:30 am. They did not complete all the scenes and must return at a later (to be determined) date. I can let everyone know that David Koechner (Anchorman, My Boss's Daughter) is playing the part of Cooter. Found this out on some other sites and did a post on this before.Seems they went back after they finished filming on this movie and did some re-shoots. I wonder what they had to ad to this film? I see thet have done the same thing on the new Pink Panther movie and I think they do it all the time on other movies.

I am the new owner of the #1RDV General Lee from the movie starring Jessica Simpson. What I am looking for are photos of this car being used during the production. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. It is currently painted in the pre-Cooter paint scheme with the RDV (remote drive vehicle) equipment on the roof, but was originally standard General Lee #13 Post-Cooter. Yesterday my husband was driving towards Clinton, La & saw vehicles approaching (on a 1 lane on each side highway) & was like What the Hell? He saw Johnny Knoxville driving the General Lee, then Jessica Simpson in a white van behind them - while people were filming. He then passed up the production sight with the Craft Services & dressing rooms & General Lees SO..... last night he took me back out there, of course. We actually pulled into the place they are filming & saw 3 General Lees. We saw the dressing room trailers. We were gonna get out & take a picture for my kids, but then a security guard came out & said we couldnt be there. Then…

Even though my favorite season is the first my favorite episode is "Double Dukes". That's the one where two hoods disguise themselves as Bo and Luke and have their own General Lee.
