I thought I was goin' to take a pause from fanfiction, feeling I had no good or new idea, so avoiding to become repetitive. But... The Story of Us explores the history of Enos and Daisy from age 10 to the beginning of the series. It is mainly from Enos' POV, though many parts are from Daisy's POV, and delves into events from his childhood that shaped not only the people they came to be, but their relationship as well. The Story of Us is also the back-story for the novella, Beneath a Hazzard Moon, but both can be read as stand-alone stories. The Story of Us can be found here. It's an idea I had recently. Looking at my traffic stats on fanfiction. net, I was really surprised 'bout how many people keep on reading my FIRST stories, stories I wrote in 2007 (WOW, nearly 6 years ago). I wondered why and how it happens: NEW readers starting from my last story and then going back to all my previous ones 'cause the liked my last one? (GREAT) or my usual readers that, time after time, need to go back to those stories? Do usual readers miss my oldest stories 'cause they prefer them to my recent ones?.. mmmhh not so great... Dear Hazzard.... Im sorry, but I must go for now. Im not exactly sure what to say or how to explain this. But I'm going to leave Hazzard for awahile, I dont know when I'll be back or if I'll be back. First, I want to thank everyone here for their encouragement on my fic "Beneath a Hazzard Moon". It's because of all your wonderful reviews and support that I decided to write the back-story down that I used while writing that novella.
