i've been wanting a blizzard all year and i finally got one for my birthday.lol how much snow are ya'll gettin outa this? up here in north central ohio, we're supposed to get about a foot! so far i think we got 3 or 4 inches. we had like 2 inches by 2 pm. they let us out of school a little early cause of it.

I only recently stumbled across this website, but I figured I'd share it with y'all . This website has got DVD quality screencaps up of the first six episodes ("Days of Shine and Rose" through "The Ghost of General Lee") of the second season up. You can download them either a picture at a time or in a zip file containing all the caps from a specific episode. Hope this is helpful to people

I went to a local carnival here in northwestern Pennsylvania tonight and had my orange 01 hat on. One of the guys running the rides got a big smile on his face and pulled out his cell phone and played his General Lee horn ringer. We struck up a conversation and come to find out he logs on to the HazzardNet all the time but has never registered. He even knew yours truly and was familiar with the trivia threads. I've been seeing some orange 01 shirts, and General Lee shirts out there this summer, at county fairs, shindigs, and the state fair. Seen the 01 baseball caps too. It's cool that we're not alone out there. How about ya'll this summer, anybody else see fellow Dukes fans out at shindigs , fairs, car shows? The fanfest trip was great! My friends from Sweden, Marie and Linda, rode with me from Arkansas to Tennessee. The drive itself was long, but fun too. We made a few stops along the way, the best one being at Loretta Lynn's Museum. Arrived in Sevierville about 12:30 Friday night and didn't do much more than check into the motel and go to bed. Up bright and early the next day and off to Fanfest. It was great fun getting to meet all of the actors. Ben Jones was very nice, as I'm sure many of you already know. Well, it finally happeaned. I got hit with a ubervirus last night that completely destroyed my PC and everything on it. :x But not to panic, I can still chat on my Dad's laptop and managed to save most of my files before everything went to hell. I just may not be able to chat as often or as late because me and Dad with be vying for it. Plus I have the computers at school. I'm just gonna be down for a couple of days because Dad took his laptop to a seminar. In fact, the only real casuality was a fic I was writing called Reunion. It was 16 pages long when I crashed. Hey everyone....today I am getting my first car..it happens to be a used one. It is a 1990 Mercury Topaz. I'm gonna take whatever decals that are on it now off of it and trying to find a couple DOH or even No.01 decals and putting on it. I'm gonna basically be showing everyone that I am a DOH fan around here. It's gonna look kool when I get it done exactly how I want it. The only thing is it ain't black and it ain't orange but it is blue. But thats alright. Just thought I'd let u all know about me getting my own car. Braveheart

CMT and Great really did a piss-poor job of hiring a VP. The guy they picked, "Slick" is a fictional character who didn't even understand that CMT was hiring someone for this position not electing them to office. Apparently CMT didn't understand the promotion either. His campaign platform as stated by his website included: Making Daisy Duke shorts mandatory uniform for girls in public high schools. Recently, I've been watching a lot of "Americans React to" videos on YouTube. In the ones I watch they're mainly reacting to British/Irish TV shows and stand-ups, but a few are more general videos looking at the differences between us, i.e. two nations divided by a common language. It appears that while the Brits and Irish have been consuming US TV shows (Dukes included) and cultural reference points for decades, the exchange doesn't get far in the opposite direction. I know there is a big controversy over this sport and me posting this new thread, Im hoping I don't get all the animal lovers to jump on my case, cause I know that most people do believe it is a cruel sport.
