I am trying to find an actress's name. I don't think this will be enough of a clue because it is hardly anything, except one line she had....and I'm not sure I even have the line right. But I've been in this situation before and someone always pulls off a miracle. I only need the episode name. I can always look her name up if someone can figure out what ep. There is a line where a lady takes the quote "Necessity is the mother of invention" and alters it a little bit. I can't remember exactly how she alters it but she doesn't say the quote correctly....and that makes it funny. She is probably about Daisy's age and delivers the line with a little Southern drawl.…

I recently bought BeamNG.drive and have been playing around with it. I found out they have a General Lee mod. There's no Charger in the game, so it's basically just General Lee livery on a somewhat similar car body. Crashing is extremely fun in the game because of physics. So, I figured maybe Rosco would take the General Lee out for a little run. I recorded it and made a short video of it. Added a few sound clips from the show at the end too. A friend just asked me a question which I have never thought about. The question being "Why was the Dodge Charger named "General Lee"? I KNOW that General Robert E. Lee was a Confederate general, which is why the show used a Confederate flag. But why "General Lee?" Why not "General Patton", or "General Bradley"? To this day, I LOVE this show but I never thought about the reason for the generals name. Any ideas out there?

Good Evening, I hope you are well. I was in discussion with a friend of mine a little while ago and we discussed The Dukes Of Hazzard and in particular an episode that ended with either Bo or Luke punching the other and it ending on a freeze frame and then "To Be Continued". I have never seen the next episode or found out how it ended. Please could you let me know which two episodes they were so I can finally see the ramifications of the fight. I just got done watching "Happy Birthday General Lee" and noticed that the actor who sold the boys the black Charger (and wrongly called it a 1968) was named Will Hare. He was born in 1919 in Elkins West Virginia and starting acting at 15 years old. He died 20 years ago (8-31-97) of a heart attack while rehearsing. I was amazed at all the acting jobs he had in his long career. I suppose the same could be said about many of the senior citizens who were on the show.

Maybe I have been watching these DVD's too much but has anybody noticed how many different belt buckles/type were worn by Bo and Luke. I noticed in slot machines Luke wore what looked like a bear's paw southwestern style buckle(very cool) and then wore some type of brass buckle with what looks like an indian women's head on it later on in the season. Seems like most of the publicity shots for season one showed the Bear's paw buckle. Bo wore a big square buckle with a star in the middle and then also wore a big concho looking buckle. Tom and John's friendship reminds me of that movie "Beaches" for those of you that have never seen it it's about two best friends who are real close. they remain best friends through thick and thin and then one of them dies. They have this saying on the case it says " some friends come and go but their is always one your stuck with for life and that is so true don't you think.

after the cast attended the funeral of Sorrel Booke, they all started talking about the past and such and how long it had been since they were all together. Then the idea was born to do a reunion movie, honoring Sorrel. It was sad that Sorrel was not in it, and even sadder that Denver Pile was fighting cancer at the time, but wanted to be part of the movie just the same. So what did you all think of the 2 reunions? Because there isn't anyone more pure spirited than Bo Duke, He fights for his beliefs and never backs down, drives The General Lee like he was born behind the wheel. Do you hav things in your hometown thats named like some of the places in hazzard or do you know people like the ones who live in hazzard? well i would have never believed it if i hadnt seen it fer myself, today as i was driving through downtown hazard, i saw a speed limit sign that the spped limit changes!!! the sign says spped limit 35 mph, you can go to that sign and actually peel the three off and theres another number in under the three! someone was tryin to put a speedtrap there lol i wonder who? lol

have ya'll ever seen Bo and Luke put gas in the general lee or to be exact any car on the show? i know there was one time uncle jesse was suppose to be gasing up one van but it was really moonshine so it wasn't really gasing up the car. i was wondering if i was the only one that noticed this?
