  1. Yes it is. Well done both of you who got it right. Q. In 'Route 7-11', what drink improves Boss's sense of smell?.
  2. You're The Last Thing I Needed Tonight - John Schneider
  3. Down the Road Tonight - Bruce Hornsby & the Range
  4. If you remember that episode, Frasier is taken snipe hunting by the boys from the bar. It's just a big trick to make him look stupid, but Diane doesn't want to embarrass him by telling him. If anyone else wants to see the episode it's here: The Heart is a Lonely Snipe Hunter Obviously the trivia question was too easy - I wouldn't have got it though. Bonus point to texasdaisy for getting Daisy's pseudonym. Q. In 'Money to Burn', who allegedly blew his stack when Bo brought his daughter home 2 days late from the hayride?.
  5. Just so long as the walls you're hitting are brick ones, and not members of daisydukeXenosstrait's family . Looks like Friesen comes from the same root as Fries, and is either someone from Friesland, or an occupational name for a builder of dams and dikes - see more here: http://www.ancestry.com/facts/Fries-name-meaning.ashx I used to know someone who worked for a guy named Mr. Fries (pronounced 'freeze'). He didn't like people pronouncing his name like the potato snack, but one of his clients named Mr Berger took great delight in announcing his arrival by saying 'Berger to see Fries'. The same person then went on to work for a guy named Mr. Beveridge (pronounced the same as 'beverage') - you can't make this stuff up.
  6. Apparently I'm a Luke Duke. It was spot on about my dark hair and blue eyes, but failed to spot that my waistline is starting to have Boss Hogg tendancies .
  7. Wall is a reasonably common surname in Ireland. There's even a book tracing the history of the family from 1170 to 1970: www.thewallfamilyinireland.com 'Their name which is in all probability derived from that of a district in Normandy, was originally du Val or de Valle'.

  9. I have watched Home Improvement, but it's not one of my favorites. However, I do like watching shows with members of the Dukes cast in. I've found both of Tom's epsiodes on YouTube: Thanks for the letting us know.

  11. A-ha, the first chink in the armor GLG . You were right about the prize money, but it was the Hazzard County snipe-hunting contest (reminded me of 'The Heart Is a Lonely Snipehunter' from season 3 of 'Cheers'). BTW texasdaisy - I'm quite happy if y'all get them right, but I do have fun trying to catch y'all out. Q. In 'Route 7-11', who was Yancy Peckinpaugh?.
  12. It sure is. I just watched the latest video - it would make my day to see one General - I bet you get a great reaction when 2 turn up .
  13. Take On Me - a-ha (Ground-breaking video from 1985)

  15. (Thanks for the link MaryAnne).
  16. I've never watched enough Dukes to make me do that ... yet!
  17. The Devil Went Down To Georgia - Levellers (We always have the Charlie Daniels version, so I thought I'd post an alternative - I saw them live many years ago).
  18. The Honeythief - Hipsway
