This isn't a white trash video, but it is a Christmas video that amused me. Ever wondered what the Christmas story would be like with modern technology?: It must be Christmas - I saw our local cops (or 'gardai' to give them their proper name) selling donuts today (it was for charity).

The video for this version is a simple slide show, but the image used at 0:26 convinced me to use this one over the others .

'Clocks' by Coldplay is so much better without Chris Martin singing over the beautiful instrumental . This is a trailer for the 2nd in the 'Return to Hazzard, Georgia' series that is sold to fund the North American General Lee Fan Club. Travis Bell sells them through his eBay account along with other Dukes stuff. I haven't purchased any of the DVDs, but I did buy a couple of replica license plates from him a couple of years back, and was impressed with the service and the product. I can't find a trailer for the first DVD, but here's a couple of later ones: They also did a Blue Brothers DVD: -

Sorry Lizzy, I try to mix them up. It always surprises me when some of the questions I thought were tricky get answered straight away, so I never can tell. I'll give clues if you're still struggling. I don't like leaving unanswered questions dangling too long . -
Not sure of my plans for New Year yet, but if I'm around I'll be there to start things off (unless someone in an earlier time zone beats me to it). Maybe we can get a chorus of Auld Lang Syne going. Just leave the Clamato at home this time .

Last night was my first Christmas party on HNet, and it was very enjoyable. I had a good time meeting y'all there, it's just a shame Jimmie had to go home early . Maybe he heard Nasty was doing the eggnog this year. MaryAnne, did you get the buttermilk out of your boots OK this morning?.

The parts have arrived, and the painting's done. Here's my restored version of Swamp Molly's pickup. I decided to go for a bright red finish with whitewall tires and a wooden enclosure around the bed. I also took a bit of artistic license by assuming that it originally belonged to Rhuebottom's. These old trucks clean up pretty well .

You were all right there - well done, I think the surname only gets mentioned once in Waylon's commentary. Q. Also in 'Granny Annie', when Granny Annie gets locked up, which eating establishment does Enos suggest he gets her lunch from?. -

This one got away with even more of the gas station: Don't ever hear of it over here because we don't have automatic pumps - you have to stand there holding the trigger the whole time.

Has anyone else noticed that Swamp Molly's truck is missing the cap on the gas tank?. If you watch at the end of the episode when Jesse and Alice are driving back from the lake, you can clearly see the gas splashing out and covering the rear fender. I only noticed when I was collecting reference photos - I've included a couple below. I'll have to add gas cap to my list of parts required for the restoration, along with passenger window, rear window, hubcaps, front emblem etc. .
