  1. Thanks for giving me a good laugh this morning with your blatant cheating in 'Dukes Game II'. Sadly Mufn spotted it.

  2. I'm watching that one now, and when Cooter first goes into the auto parts store Waylon says: "Look at who's selling parts instead of staying home, making babies and biscuits." I had to laugh because I was imagining the reaction that would get today.
  3. Welcome to HazzardNet :).

  4. fire hydrant (Rosco never did catch Bo and Luke with it )
  5. Jerry Springer Former mayor of Cincinnati (spelling of which I had to look up ).
  6. We Have All the Time in the World - Louis Armstrong Written by John Barry and Hal David, this song will always remind me of the sad ending to the James Bond movie 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' and the beautiful Diana Rigg - still brings a tear to my eye .

Bonjour à nouveau. "Hazzard Homecoming" est le 13 et 14 août en 2011. Je ne sais pas grand-chose, mais vous pouvez en lire plus ici (aller les derniers messages):

  9. I'm sure you'll find a more comprehensive answer if you look through the archives, but basically John and Tom criticised the quality of the scripts and accused Warner Bros of cheating them out of royalties, so they walked off. According to Tom: "We decided they couldn't get along without us, and they said 'yes, we can', and away they went, to all of our detriments". That's why you don't see Bo and Luke leave. Coy and Vance were brought in to fill the gap and act "just like" Bo and Luke. Things got sorted before the end of season 5, Bo and Luke returned and off went Coy and Vance, never to be seen again.
  10. Great to have you aboard Charger. I hope you enjoy your stay.

  12. It was strange how the truck popped up again so soon. In 'Deputy Dukes' it just had a hay bale in the back rather than a load of garbage. Also some of the gray paint on the doors had worn off. I found two internet sites that named it as a '46. From what I've read the '41 was the first year of this style and had a few unique features. Some changes were made for the '42, then very few civilian models were sold between '43 and '45 due to WWII. During this time the chrome parts were just painted over. Normal service resumed in '46.
  13. flake (You can't have an ice cream without a Cadbury's Flake - you guys don't know what you're missing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/99_Flake)
  14. cake (I think we've been here before, but I know Roger likes his food ).
  15. Well done Daney, only you playing this one. Hal Williams played Jonas Jones in 'Cooter's Confession' and Officer 'Smitty' Smith in 'Sanford and Son' (a US remake of the classic British comedy ). I think '227' was another series that was not shown over here, but thanks for the connection (I'm sure you meant 'Opening Night At The Boar's Nest' ).Q. Can you name the guest actress from season 1 of Dukes who gave Colt Seavers his bounty hunting work in season 1 of 'The Fall Guy'?. To keep up the MASH connections, she also appeared as a nurse in the 1970 movie.
  16. French and Saunders did of this video.
  17. Welcome to HazzardNet :).

  18. feud (Thanks to Roger and Garrett for the congratulations, here's to 1000 more )
  19. Thanks Roger. I'm sorry you couldn't understand most of my posts, and after I spent all that time learning how to (mis)spell words the American way :).

  20. Great work James. I used to use a graphics tablet at work, but it was for digitizing logos and typefaces. They were very handy, but you can forget XP, I was using DOS . I never had the software or the talent (or the budgies) to use it for drawing freehand - what software do you use?.
  21. Welcome to HazzardNet :).

  22. They did a countdown called 'TV's Greatest Cars' on UK channel Sky One a few years ago. I thought I'd just be able to Google a list or find it on YouTube, but it obviously didn't make much of an impression. I did find one list of the top ten which I couldn't double check, but seems about right from memory: 10) Mini from 'Mr. Bean' 9) Ferrari Testarossa and Daytona Spider from 'Miami Vice' 8) BA's van from 'The A-Team' 7) Ferrari 308 GTS from 'Magnum P.I.' 6) Lotus Elan, Bentley, TR7, XJS and XJC from 'The Avengers' 5) The Batmobile from 'Batman' ('60s) 4) Del Boy's 3 Wheeler van from 'Only Fools and Horses' (popular British comedy) 3) Gran Torino from 'Starsky and Hutch' 2) KITT from 'Knight Rider' 1) General Lee from 'The Dukes of Hazzard' I think the sequel, 'Movies' Greatest Cars', had James Bond's Aston Martin DB5 from 'Goldfinger' at #1.
  23. It would be nice if Pepsi Throwback could spell KITT and Hazzard, although I see they managed Herbie .
