  1. Nice Alex, can you keep this little streak going? In "Diamonds in the Rough" what was the name of the Atlanta newspaper reporter that the female thief pretended to be? A) Della Dawn Delta Dawn C) Stella Dawn D) Stella Della For extra credit, say those 4 names 3 times real fast LOL
  2. Sure Laura, I'd appreciate that. Remember you don't have to write everything that was on. Don't worry about the businesses that are shown in Capitol City because I don't need them. Also, if they're driving through the streets of Hazzard, I don't need you to write down those businesses either. Checking a previous post and looking at the catagories I listed will give you an idea of what I'm trying to accomplish...I suspect you've already done that. Remember, closed caption can help with spelling but it has been known to be inaccurate at times. Fortunately, this is the only episode I need help with. Thanks again Laura.
  3. Sorry Laura, I should have worded that better. I knew that bwgath's avatar is not the record setting jump. I was simply using the record jump as an example of a single jump that was used in multiple episodes (due to the cost and time and risk of jumps) I said that because there was a potential that bwgath's avatar jump may have been in more than one episode than the one I just viewed from early in season 4. Whenever these posts get confusing just remember Waylon's quote, "living in Hazzard might be complicated, but it sure is fun."
  4. Wow Laura, after being a fan since 1979, I thought I've analyzed everything there is to analyze on the Dukes...but you hit me with a new one. I agree, that is not Waylon but now I'm wondering what the story is behind the voice. I'm trying to think if the same guy did it all 7 years. I hope someone can give us some info about this...breaker 1, breaker 1, we might be crazy (and this time we're also dumb) anybody home on the Hazzardnet?...hopefully someone can shed some light on this. Tim Duke might know this one. He's good with those toughies. I'm gone.
  5. Update: go to the General Discussion section (two threads down) to read BoJamesDuke's story about meeting our favorite cousins at the Graham Norton show. I'm gone.
  6. Welcome to Hazzard County plymouth 77. It's always nice to see another Mopar drive into town. Since you're French, you may not know that Mopar refers to Dodge, Chrysler and Plymouth. I guess that means that a 77 Plymouth is a cousin of the General Lee. Buckle up for safety 'cause the Hazzardnet has more turns than the dirt roads to the Duke Farm. I'm gone.
  7. You got that right Alex. From "Double Dukes" how much did Boss pay for the Bo and Luke masks? A) $20 200 C) 2000 D) 20,000
  8. Hey B.L. if you'll be nice and stop pulling DaisyMae's hair maybe she'll be nice and not laugh that you missed 2 of 3. Chestnut Trail is from "Double Dukes". Wilton Bridge is from "The Fugitive" (not to be confused with Willet Bridge) Which of these were on the show? Hazzard McDonald's or Hazzard Volunteer Fire Department Sand Creek or Miller's Quicksand Marsh Milford County or Rutherford County

    hey

Hi Jimmy. Welcome to Hazzard County. I like Charlie Daniels, Waylon Jennings, Hank Jr and Sr, Loretta Lynn and a lot of other ones who have been around awhile. Sorry to ask but what's UMGD? Who are your favorite singers and who is your favorite Dukes character? I'm gone.
  10. Hmmm....I'm thinking. Should that be something that I would post here or on another link? Bear in mind that I've never done anything on a computer besides e-mail and Hazzardnet so I have no computer skills. How long should the opening chapter be or doesn't it matter? This might be interesting.....
  11. Hey bwgath, do you know which episode that jump is from (that you use for your avatar?) I know it's early in season 4 because I'm watching those ones now and I just saw it. It might be "Diamonds in the Rough" Of course, some jump scenes were used in more than one episode. I think that the record breaking jump over the creek was used in at least 3 (as well as the beginning song).....
  12. That's a great post Bo. I'm so happy that you got the thrill of a lifetime by meeting them. You are truly a dedicated fan who deserved every second of that amazing experience!!! YEEE HAWWW!!!!!
  13. I know I haven't mentioned the progress of my map lately so here goes... After watching the entire series and recording all the map items in a notebook (see previous posts) I decided to watch it all again and use red ink to correct any items that I may have made a mistake on or omitted. I am also using "closed captioning" to get spellings that I need as well as to understand words that were mumbled. I didn't think of that idea until the start of the fifth season last time. I have double checked the first 3 seasons and am now starting the fourth season again. I plan on actually putting the first map on poster board after the holidays. I'm sure I will end up making a few before it's perfect. One thing I do know, the final map will be big....even though I might make some small ones at first that only feature the major landmarks. I will also make a seperate map of the town of Hazzard.
  14. Right DaisyMae. He's Boss's "baby brother's boy" What kind of food (boxes) was Jamie Lee Hogg hiding counterfeit bills in to ship?
  15. Oh no DaisyMae, I guess you need to say ouch twice. Your hair got pulled and you missed a question. Mount Vernon Highway was on early in season 4. At least you were brave enough to try. Which of these were on the show? Chestnut Street or Chestnut Trail Wilton Bridge or Wilson Bridge (episode names) Somethin' for Nothin' OR Nothin' But the Truth
  16. I like this one too. It's how Waylon ended the episode "Diamonds in the Rough"..."Living in Hazzard might be complicated, but it sure is fun! No wonder nobody wants to leave."
  17. A senior member of the Hazzardnet was in the audience at that show. I won't say who but I sure hope this person gets some posts up here about the experience... I saw the show. The humor was a little R rated for my personal tastes but I put up with it and only focused on the Dukes. It's always awesome to see them...especially all together like that. It was also great to see the superfans that Graham featured. I can certainly relate to anyone who loves Dukes that much. Possum on a gumbush. I'm gone.
  18. Thanks for that info DaisyMae. I can't wait to see what episodes. I'm gone.
  19. It looks like we got some friendly compition here...just like a Hazzard County race. All 3 of you have a streak of 6 in a row correct. Which of these were on the show? Tanya Tucker or Bib Tucker Revenuer's River or Sutter's Creek Mount Hickory Highway or Mount Vernon Highway
  20. Right B.L. and DoubleX, it's WJ What is on the doors of the only cab in Hazzard? A) Tisdale Cab Company 5 cents per mile Hazzard Cab Company 15 cents per mile C) J.D. Hogg Cab Company 25 cents per mile (actually it has the cents symbol, not the word "cents" but I can't type that on this computer)
  21. I'm feeling better already (thanks to you)....nice job you 3...got 'em all right. Good thing I didn't hurt the computer when I threw it down. Which of these were on the show? Doc Ronald L. McDonald or Doc Ronald L Carney Old Bullfrog Road or Old Mill Lane Holly Comfurt or Molly Comfurt
  22. Thanks for all the information everybody but I think I'm going to pass for now on getting into fanfic. I might change my mind someday but I suspect if I started, that I'd like it so much, I'd never get anything done around the house. It's something I could see myself easily putting an hour a night into and I'd rather use that time watching an episode...speaking of which...catch ya tomorrow. I'm gone.
  23. Impressive B.L.!!! I wouldn't have known that if I wouldn't have just seen it. From "The Canterbury Crock"...Bo and Luke were trying to reach Daisy on the C.B. (while she was driving Dixie) but couldn't. They blamed it on the fact that she was probably listening to a tape of what (hint:male) country music star?
  24. I quit *throws down computer in disgust* This is terrible. I've never had to tell FOUR of my favorite cousins that they didn't get all 3 right. This really hurts. I'm sorry but Orchard Way is from "The Hack of Hazzard". It intersects with Shady Lane. I double checked my high tech data base (AKA beat up green notebook) and there is no Orchard Lane *sobs* I'm never doing "Duke or Dupe" again. I can't stand hurting people. In the meantime, which of these were on the show? Please try to get them all right. You poor 'ol Uncle Jesse needs cheered up. Hazzard K-Mart or Hazzard Telephone and Telegraph Chestnut Creek or Pecan River Sweetwater County or Sassafrass County
