    Wow Laura, you've been busy watching some good episodes. I'm glad you found that coffin joke. For those of you who don't know what we're talking about it's....What did one casket say to the other casket? Is that you coffin?...we've been wondering what episode Rosco said that was on. Laura, that Uncle Jesse fainting scene is a true classic moment on the series. But then again, I love every second of the Dukes so every scene is great. Thanks for the info about Henry Flatt. Thanks for asking about the map. I have all the information I need checked and double checked. Now I need to get moving on it..once I get started I know I'll really get into it but just knowing what a big project this is going to be compared to another smaller (incomplete) map I made in the past is depressing me. The problem is that there's only so much time in a day and I like to spend an hour on an episode and an hour on Hazzardnet every night so spending time on this wall sized map means something's gotta give. Maybe I'll work on it every other night. That means only watching an episode every other night instead of every night *sobs*

    Well, I wasn't planning on it but if you kids are gittin' into trouble again, ya gotta have someone to bail you out so I guess I'll hop in the pick-up and drive over there. Remember, I have minimal computer skills and I've never tried anything like that so I may take awhile to figure it out...

    Please let me interupt for a second. You folks know that I don't do fanfic or RP or anything but if anybody ever starts something that you don't have to go to other links AND characters outside of the series are not involved, I would be interested in trying. I'm only mentioning this for future consideration. The Dukes Talk Show is pretty cool. Why is that considered "Round Robin" and not RP?

    General Grant, this might be the first time I've ever disagreed with you. I love all the Dukes episodes. Even the episode I like the least (Strange Visitor in Hazzard) is better than any other (non-Dukes) show I've ever seen on television or in the movies. That being said, the Dr Jekyell show would rank in my bottom 10 of Dukes episodes. I know it wasn't Luke's fault that he behaved that way but it was still tough for me to watch. It was also tough to watch the episodes where Dukes are hypnotized. During any of those shows all I can focus on is looking foward to when they become themselves again.

    Bo, I thought we had an agreement. Since you broke your end of the deal and teased me about Miz Tisdale this means I'm allowed to tease you about Cousin Alice...how'd that wrastlin' match go? Laura, if you would have had to put up with Boss's dirty deals for the past 50 years, you would have learned as much about the law as you could too. I'm not saying I know as much as a real lawyer but I've learned a thing or two. That's the only way a feller can keep ahead of J.D. Hey Bo, that tricycle you were just talking about....is that the first thing you ever jumped? Was it orange? Did you have little Cooter put it in his wagon and pull it away when it needed fixed?

    Wow ItalianFan, I love all those. I would put all 4 of those in my Top 10. General Grant, I hope you get a chance to see "Baa Baa White Sheep" sometime. In my opinion, that's one of best written Dukes episodes ever.

    I spent 3 summer camps out there!! Ask him if he ever went out to Camp Wilson where all the reservists hang out. It's a smaller camp a few miles away from the main one.

    Thanks Enos. I have a lot of respect for you too. You remind me a lot of myself when I was younger. You believe in the Good Book, hard work, honesty and treating people right. I suppose you folks heard from "High Octane" that my middle initial is L so I suppose I'll let you in on the secret. My middle name is Lee. You guessed it, named after the General. Well General Grant, as far as those slot machines go, I'll tell you what went through my head....steam. I'm pretty sure you could see it coming out my ears, I was so hot. The first boy I thought of was Bo but then I realized that them boys usually get in trouble together. Oh well, the story had a happy ending. That's what I love about living here. Hey Bo, I was wondering, does it bother you that Miz Tisdale can ride a wheelie longer than you? Daisy, did Jude Emery ever write to you or call? How's he doing? Luke, did you ever regret not going to college? You're so smart.

    I spent 3 months at Lejeune and 3 months at Parris Island South Carolina. If you want to see what Marine Corps boot camp was like back in those days watch the first half of the movie "Full Metal Jacket". Before I saw it, if somebody told me they could make a realistic movie about boot camp, I wouldn't have believed them. I would guess things have changed a lot since that was made though.

    Hi Lori, I was in the Marine Reserves from 1978-1984. A big part of your Marine Corps experience will depend on what kind of military job you select and what the Middle East situation is like in the future. The best advice I can give you is to talk to people who are in now or have currently gotten out because I'm sure things have changed since I've been in. Those are the people who can give you the best advice so I'd talk to as many of them as you can. Don't make any hasty decisions. Learn as much as you can before you sign any papers because this is serious stuff.
