LOL I think the job requires skills with a computer and the only thing I know how to do is e-mail and HazzardNet. So, that would be like giving someone an airplane who's never flown before..... a horrendous crash waiting to happen....Khee, Khee!!!

Jimmie's Book - "Best in Hollywood"
RogerDuke replied to Brian Coltrane's topic in James Best / Rosco P. Coltrane
*in Rosco voice* "Good News, Good News. Khee Khee" Although Borders doesn't offer "Best in Hollywood" you can order it through Barnes and Noble. Since this book is new (how long ago did it come out? ) Borders said that it may have not have yet popped up in their computer records. This is good news, good news for me since there is also a Barnes and Noble in my county. Thanks for getting that ISBN for me MaryAnne. -

A Day in the Life of a Duke

Jesse had seen that hollow expression on Luke's face many times. He knew it was because of Viet Nam. Of course it might have been easy for someone like Jesse to recognize that look since he had experienced the horrors of WWII and knew, all too well, the afterthoughts. Jesse got up, went over to the stove, grabbed the coffee pot and poured two fresh cups for himself and his troubled nephew. -

I know what you mean. I felt sorry for Enos too when I heard that. I also didn't like it too much whenever they teased Lulu about being overweight. Oh well, to me the show is still perfect despite an occasional goof.

Emy gets another one right. She never misses. Jesse is temorarily blinded in this season 5 episode. It is the last episode that Coy and Vance appear. (Not counting "Welcome Back Bo and Luke" where they appeared briefly at the beginning)

My wife is down in Winchester Virginia today (Aug 18) visiting our daughter and she was in a doctor's office with our infant grandson. Also in the waiting room was a lady with two children. One of the children had several Dukes of Hazzard toys he was playing with. My wife brought up the subject of Dukes and after talking awhile, the mother mentioned that her husband is a member of HazzardNet. Just then, she was interrupted to go in and my wife never got more information. I know this is a shot in the dark but I was wondering if anybody would know who that is. Since the person might want their location to remain anynonymous, sending me a private message might be the best way to handle it. There's no reason that I need to know who it was except that I'm just a naturally curious person. Winchester Virginia is over 300 miles away from where I live so I just thought it was amazing that she would bump into someone I might know from the HazzardNet. Incidently, I put "Winchester Virginia" as the title of this thread in hopes that it might catch the person's eye.

Jimmie's Book - "Best in Hollywood"

Thanks MaryAnne. I'll give it a shot. I got the ISBN number from Cooter's book, "Redneck Boy in the Promised Land" and didn't need it because they had it in stock. I just want to be prepared. Thanks again. "Best in Hollywood."!! He's so clever. Khee Khee!! -
