I'm so frustrated. I wish I didn't live 1000 miles away. As far as I'm concerned, the Duke farm is the most important place on earth. I wish everybody appreciated its importance. It would be nice if we could inform some of the stars about this situation.
texasdaisy and B.L. got those 3 right. Which of these were on the show? Harvey Headlight or Freddie Fender Moonshine Mountain or Cottonwood Corners Hogg's Jewelry Store or J.D. Hogg Stereo and C.B. Shop
Bo 30 Luke 27 Jesse 30 Cooter 13 (Bo felt bad that his uncle has lost two points in a row because two really mean people took them from him, so he gave his awesome uncle one of his points)
LOL Hey Garrett, don't apologize for talking too much about your favorite driver. He might not be everybody else's fave but we respect your loyalty. Hey, which Busch was it that you said picked the Dukes theme as his song? I appreciate your updates. I did get to see bits and pieces of the race after I got home but I was pretty busy Saturday.
I still can't get over how tragic this it. I wish there was something we could do to help. Obviously there's not....but thank goodness we have each other on the HazzardNet to console ourselves. I just wish we could send her condolances. Dukes fans like us look at the stars of the show as more than just actors. We're not like fans of other shows. We are much more connected to them than other fans are. We really look at Catherine as a member of our family so when she's hurting we're hurting. We love you Catherine.
B.L. and Lizzy got that one right. Too easy huh? Okay, you asked for it. When James Best's future wife Dorothy appeared in "The Rustlers" what was her real last name AND ficticious last name?
B.L., Lizzy and texasdaisy got it right. Hmm, maybe this one will be a little tougher. When the song at the beginning is playing and we see Luke hood sliding on the General Lee, what episode was that from?
I won't get to see it because I have a million things to do. I did take my grandson to the dirt track in northeast Ohio again tonight. I might have told this story before but when I was a kid, my grandparents took us to a stunt show there. I got an autograph from one of the drivers named Buzz Bundy. Come to find out, he's the one who did all the stunts when the General Lee drove on two wheels. I really like going to the track now since it has a Dukes connection for me. I just wish they had an orange 01 car racing there.
Bo 31 Luke 24 Jesse 30 Cooter 12 Enos 3 took one from cooter and gave it to Jesse (Hey BoJames, don't take it out on old Jesse because I'm such a jerk..LOL)
Maybe ethanol makes cars go slower and fuel injection makes them go faster and they balance themselves out. I'm not sure if that's true or not, it's just a theory. I know they don't want the cars to go any faster because it's just too dangerous. I also know NASCAR's been criticized a lot lately for using too much fuel. Shucks, Uncle Jesse used ethenol back in the late thirties. He called it moonshine. I've always heard that they have to add a chemical to ethanol or people would drink it as moonshine because that's all it really is. I wonder if that's true.
