Georgia episodes are all two thumbs up. I wish I had more thumbs.

It’s Friday night again...this time it’s Friday the 13th! But, watching “Dukes” on my 70s couch in the basement family room, covered up with my “Dukes” blanket, with all my “Dukes” memorabilia displayed, and enjoying an adult beverage myself—little “German soda”! Now...if only Daisy could bring it to me... Anyway, pinning a little tail on the Dukes as I sip!

Your list looks a lot like my list Boss! The first five episodes were the best!

There's just something ( magical?) about watching TDOH on a Friday night! Maybe because that's when it used to air ?? ( It just wouldn't be the same .......The Dukes of Hazzard Tuesday night at 7:00 Central! Right now I'm watching Days of Shine and Roses!

I think Strange Visitor was , " Jumping The Shark! "

I don't like Strange Visitor To Hazzard. It doesn't fit the series. I think they were trying to jump on the E.T. bandwagon. I love the first five Georgia episodes. One Armed Bandits is my all time favorite. It's so raw. I love Daisy's Song(we get to see Boss Hogg with a young girl on his lap), Mary, Kaye's Baby(the General Lee wasn't in this episode). I love the General Lee but it was nice seeing an episode where it wasn't overshadowing the characters, Repo Men and High Octane. These episodes were less sitcom-like. Days Of Shine And Roses is another favorite. The old film at the beginning was great with Boss and Uncle Jesse. Carnival Of Thrills was good but I didn't like Bo and Luke fighting.

The next couple of weeks I want to get the brakes done and get the windshield back in again. After that the engine and transmission will go in again. I don't know how fast things will go but when there's progress I will let it know for sure. Hope you like it!

One of the things that was not accurate like the original LEE1 was the paint in the enginebay. It was orange but had to be light bronze. You can see the pic in the Tom Sarmento topic that I painted the enginebay bronze now. The underside of the hood is still orange but I will paint it bronze aswell . First the engine must go in again to make space in my garage to paint my hood. At the moment I am working on the brakes of the car. Replacing al brake lines from the firewall back to the rearwheels. Also another LEE1 detail that was missing was a 3-speaker dash. LEE1 had 2 extra speakers on top of the dashboard. It was an extra option back in the days. My car didn't have that option so I found speakergrilles and loudspeakers over the years. This week I pulled the windscreen out, drilled holes in my dashboard and am fitting it all at the moment. I am really happy that I can finally say that my car almost has the 3-speaker dash!

Hi guys, I thought I start a new topic about my car to keep on subject in the other topic about Tom Sarmento. Well, my General Lee. For people that don't know the car, I own a 1969 Dodge Charger and made a LEE1-replica out of it. Not 100% accurate, but comes very close. I bought the car from a company in your country that where suppose to have restored it but they cut corners. Don't want to say much more about that, what has been done has been done... It was the reason for me to redo the car back in 2009 and decided to make a LEE1-replica because I didn't want just a General Lee but a specific car. The car was finished in 2010. I had a lot of fun with it! Used it a lot as a weddingcar for people, several carshows and even was invited for TV shows here in The Netherlands. But the best was 2013 when I picked up John Schneider in Germany for a comic-con event. John drove my car with me riding shotgun! Priceless! And also the 2 years Tom Sarmento stayed with us and drove the car! I think I am a lucky guy and am gratefull that it al happened! Anyway, had great years with my car untill it broke down in 2018 with a leaking transmission and worn out cilinderheads. The car hasn't been out since but at the moment it has my priority to get it running again this year! Atteched a pic of my car a few years back in better days.

This isn't Friday night....but close! Where is everybody? Where are all the regular Hazzardites I usually see on here? I hope people will be here for the party! Right now I'm indulging in some adult beverages!

I love Days Of Shine And Roses. This evening my wife and I had some adult beverages as we do every Friday. No Dukes but we listened to some music.

Have you ever noticed one of the jokes that they play on the show....Gold Fever......every car was a " Limousine"........lol.... the car they wrecked at the first of the show was a " limosine" , they got away in Boss' courtesy limosine....lol!! It was a 4 door heap! LOL! They talked about this being a limousine and that being a limosine ...Ha! Ha! but they were all just regular cars!
