Howdy Folks, Since this is the off topic thread I thought this would fit right in here nicely, for whom it may concern. Disney has released information concerning a Lone Ranger Movie that will be in production for release in Dec 2012! All though I highly disagree with there choice of cast for it I hope that this will grant an opportunity for the children of today (adults too) to meet a Legend of yesterday. I dunno how many of y'all have heard...but Farrah Fawcett passed away this morning, losing her battle with cancer. She was a wonderful actress and person that will be greatly missed by many people. 'She's with the real angels now'...may she rest in peace... Farrah Fawcett: Feburary 2, 1947 to June 25, 2009 Also today Micheal Jackson passed away from a heart Attack at the age of 50.

It's Pi Day today! You know, like 3.14159265! So I'm off to celebrate Pi day by doing my calculus homework over a piece of my mother's yummy apple pie!

I just read online that Leslie Nielson, of Naked Gun and Airplane! fame, died today. He is one funny man that will be missed!

It's good to see that some boys from Georgia won the Little League World Series. I wonder if any of them are from Hazzard? It's possible...after all that kid that hit the homerun that won the final game made that thing fly farther than the General Lee jumping Miller's Creek. Congratulations boys!!!

Have you guys ever seen the cast in other shows? I mean besides Smokey and the Bandit....I just bought a video Catherine Bach did back in '78 just before DOH. I haven't seen it yet but will let you know.

I really do hate computers. I only started using them because I was told I could find Dukes related stuff on the internet. After using the HazzardNet for a few years I started branching off to other things but now I'm going in the other direction and am down to three things. Now all I use this contraption for is HazzardNet, e-mail and fantasy sports. I'm slowly phasing my way out of fantasy sports for various reasons and it looks like I'll end up being where I was when I first started, just HazzardNet. Ron Santo died yesterday at the age of seventy due to bladder cancer. Ron played his entire professional baseball career with the Chicago Cubs and was the radio announcer for the Cubs games after that. Of all that I had heard of him, he was a great baseball player and seemed to be a great guy all together. He will be deeply missed in Chicago and all of the Cubs fans. (This is just not a good year to be a Cubs fan. I had a little accident at work today. A heavy piece of metal fell on my head and cut it open and knocked me out. I came back to the real world before the ambulance arrived but then fell unconscience again. I woke up again and got loaded in the ambulance and barely remained awake but was confused on the way to the hospital. Luckily the cat scan showed no serious damage and I was released under the watch of my wife. I feel fine but she's going to have to keep an eye on me for a couple days. Today, I found out that my Great-Aunt Dorothy was died at the age of 88 and she was also my Godmother but she was like a Grandmother because her younger sister was my Grandmother. And she died in 1947 so she kind of inherited her three kids and her grandkids and great-grandkids as well. I will wear my new blue dress to her funeral seeing how her favorite color was blue.

It's bad enough that I will never enjoy being at a duke fest, because canada lacks duke fans, and I will never get to meet any of the cast, especially 2 that are gone already, like Denver Pile and Sorell Booke(boss hog). Happy Easter everybody. Since my wife works in an intensive care unit of a hospital and could potentially be a carrier, we are being pretty strict about avoiding people. It will be a really strange Easter without family. I guess I'll have to drown my sorrows by eating extra chocolate.
