Ain't he pretty?

I've played this game to death so am pretty much done with it, but it sure was fun to play with General Lee as my main car (well, not really as it's missing the Rebel Flag).

Anyone know?

I don't know if this has been brought up before but I think I have the reason as to why the Dukes were pulled from television. With the change of all digital TV coming on FEB 09 ,Blue-ray and HD dvd players along with plasma or lcd High def tv's ....the Dukes look "dirty" on Tv. If you take a look at tv land and shows like I love Lucy and M*a*s*h* along with movies on TCM or AMC have all been cleaned up and digitaly remasterd in high def....somthing DOH lacks Even the 70+ year old Three Stooges Movies are getting put out on dvd in high-def now. I think if the Dukes want to make it back on the tube then WB is gonna have to step up and get to work on a restoration project f…

Hi are there any Coy and Vance fans? Personally i loved them and would have loved to see them stay on the show. when they left the show i missed them. and then they never were mentioned again. i would have like to see them come back for a couple of eps. be mentioned. does anyone here think coy and vance should have remained on the show along with bo and luke. the eps could have been pretty good all 4 of them running from boss, rosco and enos and working with cooter to make hazzard better. coy and vance were good looking and fit as Dukes. what do you all think the eps could have been like with 4 duke boys and daisy?

Which Dukes of Hazzard vehicle is everyone's favorite?

I know that they have an outhouse for family tradition and an “inhouse”. I was wondering do they have a shower or just a tub that both Bo and Luke have to lift and carry into the kitchen.

Congratulations to Uncle Jesse for winning the Dukes game after an 8 month battle. waiki has suggested starting another one and I second the motion. If one other person wants to play I think we should go for it. Instead of starting out 10 characters with 10 points each, what do you folks think of starting out with 10 characters but only giving them 5 points to start the game? Or we could stick with 10....

I just noticed something. I was watching " The Late JD Hogg", and the bad guys stole Charlie Watkins car. Remember? If you'll also notice in a lot of episodes, when Uncle Jesse was walking down the street or by someone, he always says to one of the extras, " Hey Charlie". Seems like most of the people in Hazzard were named Charlie!!

Hi all. Normally, a cast replacement is a bad idea, but the boys they got temporarily to switch for Bo and Luke were great. They just weren't Bo and Luke, that's all. Nowadays, if a network makes a cast replacement it's very likely to ruin the show/movie and/or the characters. Also, Byron Cherry made me remember Terence Hill with that blonde hair of his and his adorable smile.

Friends say "All the talk about Dukes being racist was a sales gimmick." I'd agree what with prices of merch being what they are these days. Raise prices, and use so called racism of Dukes as their excuse.

I can't stand The Dukes of Hazzard anymore. In fact, I've grown to hate the show. I've found this new show called Keeping up with the Kardashians that is amazing. I was 7 years old when the show 1st aired in '79. I loved Smokey & The Bandit "original movie" but hadn't seen it & that age yet. This show was the best thing since catfish and hush-puppies for S&B fans on a weekly basis. The 1st 5 episodes are the only shows that I recognize. When they moved it to Hollywood it just went down hill from there on. I'll give them credit & 1st they tried to @ least make a effort for 1 or 2 shows for it to appear to be Georgia or a "real town" with paved roads, etc but the plot changed, from what I remember they picked up new writers, producers, etc. based on behind the scenes specials about the show. Bo Duke turns 55 tomorrow (April 8). Think about this for a second. Since Uncle Jesse was born in 1920 he was 59 in 1979 when the show first came out. This means that Bo is only 4 years away from being Jesse's age! By the way, I turn 55 just 7 days after Bo so that's why I think about these things.
