Dukes of Hazzard Episodes

I love the reason why Uncle Jesse can't have the President at the Duke Farm. Anybody remember exactly what he had said.

Watching Limo One is Missing again tonight. I remember watching this one as a small child when it originally aired. Fun and hilarious episode, “luve” it, as Cooter would say, lol! But it was unrealistic as well. There were hardly any Secret Service agents, other than the couple in the blue sedan accompanying it. Even in 1979 there would have been more security guarding and traveling with the president’s car. But, still a memorable and enjoyable episode! I’d add some photos for fun, but they’re always too “big”.

I was watching my Columbia House video that have these episode's on them and their two points that I want to bring up. First of all the girl that plays Molly on Lulu's Gone Away is Shanna Reed which later would play Gerald McRainey wife on "Major Dad". Second in the beginning of "Too Many Rosco's Bo says to Rosco why don't you mail the ticket to him. And then he takes off, well now you can get a ticket of almost any kind in the mail except parking tickets. I like the leather jacket that James Best wears when he first comes out as "Woody", that has to be the onley episode where we get to see him casual.

My copy of this episode on dvd has a glitch at the end after the baby is born. It seems like it's almost in slow motion I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or if maybe my copy has a scratch it's the only episode on the season that's messed up on my dvd's. Also if I do have a scratch can I fix it and still watch the episode. brandy_lou

I like this show, but one burning question why didn't they make a spin-off from this show?

One of my favorite episodes. First use of Jessup Road, Cooter's Farm. Rosco back from the police station! =) Has an interesting blooper toward the end - Luke and Sam jump off the truck into the convertible, both of them have orange suits. I feel bad for poor Rosco in this episode!! He really liked her and she used him.....awww isn't it heartbreaking?

Well I was just watching My Son, Bo Hogg again and everytime I watch it I noticed that Bo says something else when he says he's going Boar hunting. Obviously they dubbed over his line there. Does anyone know where he was originally going or what he was originally hunting before the dub? Sorry if this question is confusing. Second, I watched Baa Baa... originally on CMT and noticed that when they said "Benny the Quill" they took out the sound from the episode momentarilly so that you can't hear "the quill" part. I got the season and they don't dub over it. Can anyone tell me why CMT thought it nessecary to dub out "the quill"? Is it a derogatory term for a person? Again, s…

Hey y'all. I just finished watching Comrade Duke.During the final chase sequence when the Dukes are rescuing Natasha,they are filming on a wide open plane that looks like a country highway.The location was used again in Big Brothers Duke at the start and end of the episode. My question is,where is that location?? From the mountains and soil it looks like it was filmed near Newhall,a couple of miles south of Indian Dunes. Watching the second season on DVD I noticed there was no intro on the episode Treasure of Hazzard. It just goes straight into the theme song. Is this the way everyone else's DVD sets are? Is this the way it originally aired? Any feedback would be appreciated. New to HazzardNet, Brent

OK.....this is from the HUH??? or the WHAAAAT??? Dept. You know those few times/scenes, in episodes that you have no explanation for? Well, on this episode, when Enos and Rosco had collected all the merchandise that Bo and Luke had been framed with ( Remember they supposedly tried to make off with merchandise from a dept. store and it was all set up by Boss? ) . Enos and Rosco were in Rosco's office WITH the merchandise and Enos said, " Well I guess that clears the Duke Boys of all charges" And Rosco said, " That's a wrong, that's a wrong! On a scale of 1 to 10... I give this episode a 9. =) It was neat to see Boss losing his memory. Audrey Landers makes a return visit to Hazzard County. Last seen in R.I.P. Henry Flatt, as a Duke friend. This apperance, she protrays bad girl Billie Jean. Highly recommended over any Coy and Vance episode. LOL Daney

This episode from season 2 recently aired on CMT in Canada and I forgot how truly great it is... Its a break from the typical Dukes/guest star vs. Boss and sheriff storyline as it provided an insight into the LEGITIMATE actions of the Hazzard County PD... Sometimes in the Dukes you forget that they would have real responsibilities like any normal police organization as they are always chasing the Dukes and never seem to have any other purpose in life... Anyways I love episodes where Roscoe/Enos/Cletus/Guest Sheriff (as it was in the episode with Grady Byrd) go after real criminals... The chase scenes between Byrd/Robbers and Enos/Robbers are really intense and suspenseful…

I just love hearing those boys sing! Their voices mingle so well together. Adding Daisy, Uncle Jesse, and Cooter was a nice touch too. It shows that Cooter really is an honorary member of the family since they were introduced as the Duke Family Singers or something like that. And poor Rosco, he really thought he'd made Boss disappear! How sad was that. I really liked this episode, especially the singing.

My friend told me there was an episode where the Duke boys were naked for the entire thing. Now I thought it was a family oriented show... could they get away with that? What episode? Is it true?
