I recently bought BeamNG.drive and have been playing around with it. I found out they have a General Lee mod. There's no Charger in the game, so it's basically just General Lee livery on a somewhat similar car body. Crashing is extremely fun in the game because of physics. So, I figured maybe Rosco would take the General Lee out for a little run. I recorded it and made a short video of it. Added a few sound clips from the show at the end too. after the cast attended the funeral of Sorrel Booke, they all started talking about the past and such and how long it had been since they were all together. Then the idea was born to do a reunion movie, honoring Sorrel. It was sad that Sorrel was not in it, and even sadder that Denver Pile was fighting cancer at the time, but wanted to be part of the movie just the same. So what did you all think of the 2 reunions? I for one loved it.The first one was more like the old days times, and the second was more emotional, which I really loved. Both John and Tom still look handsome as ever for their ages: Tom is 53 (Sept. 9, 1951) and John is 44 (April 8, 1960). Tom is the same age as my uncle and my cousin and Tom is two days older than my uncle. John is the same age as my cousin. I come from a large family where some of my cousins are the same age as my parents. Cathy still is pretty as ever at 50 (51 on March 1). She's the same age as my aunt. Sonny and Ben still look good for their ages. Sonny looks like he hasn't aged much since the original series. James and Rick look good too! What do you all think? Do you think the cast has aged gracefully?

Tom and John's friendship reminds me of that movie "Beaches" for those of you that have never seen it it's about two best friends who are real close. they remain best friends through thick and thin and then one of them dies. They have this saying on the case it says " some friends come and go but their is always one your stuck with for life and that is so true don't you think.

I am trying to find an actress's name. I don't think this will be enough of a clue because it is hardly anything, except one line she had....and I'm not sure I even have the line right. But I've been in this situation before and someone always pulls off a miracle. I only need the episode name. I can always look her name up if someone can figure out what ep. There is a line where a lady takes the quote "Necessity is the mother of invention" and alters it a little bit. I can't remember exactly how she alters it but she doesn't say the quote correctly....and that makes it funny. She is probably about Daisy's age and delivers the line with a little Southern drawl.…

As I sat down today, and finished my six page essay over the Dukes of Hazzard for my Honors English 3 class, I got to thinking about making a thread on here about what the Dukes means to each of us. Good Evening, I hope you are well. I was in discussion with a friend of mine a little while ago and we discussed The Dukes Of Hazzard and in particular an episode that ended with either Bo or Luke punching the other and it ending on a freeze frame and then "To Be Continued". I have never seen the next episode or found out how it ended. Please could you let me know which two episodes they were so I can finally see the ramifications of the fight. Hey ya'll who was the guy who played the radio announcer on the radio station in Hazzard WHOGG . I have been looking and have never seen anything on him.

This is yet another RogerDuke inspiration lol...i was reading in my Hobie Hartkins post and he said that he could see himself hanging out with a bunch of men like that from the episode return of the ridge raiders, so i got the thought to type this up. Being as I love fast cars and whatnot, I would more than likely stay at the Duke farm lol or at Cooter's garage.

For me... it's a tie between Bo and Daisy. Why? Because there isn't anyone more pure spirited than Bo Duke, He fights for his beliefs and never backs down, drives The General Lee like he was born behind the wheel. Always fights for what's right and never turns down a challenge from anyone. He doesn't take any funny business from anyone especially Boss Hogg and Roscoe or any trouble makers the pass through Hazzard. And Sweet Daisy... Never a more beautiful woman has graced the small screen. She's tough as a bull, sweeter than summer peaches; has a heart of gold and loves her family no matter what. I just got done watching "Happy Birthday General Lee" and noticed that the actor who sold the boys the black Charger (and wrongly called it a 1968) was named Will Hare. He was born in 1919 in Elkins West Virginia and starting acting at 15 years old. He died 20 years ago (8-31-97) of a heart attack while rehearsing. I was amazed at all the acting jobs he had in his long career. I suppose the same could be said about many of the senior citizens who were on the show.

i had an idea to keep the dukes on tv, maybe if we convince TVland that th edukes of hazzard will up their ratings more if they put it back on tv again, we could possible keep the dukes on tv, we gotta get enough people to agree though if yall wanna try it, cause im sorry i dont wanna see the dukes taken off tv, reply here if your intersted to sign a petition by sunday i can have one started, i got a bunch of people from my school who would agree.
