  1. State Police Detective Rudolph Junkins:"I wouldn't feel so bad if I were you. You two are heroes you know." Dennis Guilder:"Yeah. A real hero could've saved Arnie." Leigh Cabot:"We didn't do to hot." State Police Detective Rudolph Junkins:"Hey, some things can't be helped. Some people too."

  4. Hey y'all. Mom and I drove by Delmar today, and I got a piece of the red tile roof that was left behind in clean up. I have a souvenir from Delmar Ave now!
  5. (Season 5 Lawman of the Year) Vance:"Things are beginning to smell like an acre full of onions to me cuz. It just ain't like Boss not to be worried after seein' that wanted poster." Coy:"That's just what I was thinkin'. Seein' Morris is a bank robber, an' Boss has the only bank in town. It's like he don't wanna stop 'em!" Vance:"Hey! Maybe that's the reason he ain't so worried, 'cause he's tied up with 'em!" Coy:"I know Boss is slipperier than 7 acres of goose grease, but rob his own bank?!" Vance:"I wouldn't put anything past him. An' it doesn't hurt any to be on the safe side."
  6. Post from Andy Griffith Museum #WednesdayWisdom life lessons from the "Deputy Otis" episode Ralph Campbell, Otis's brother, makes a surprise visit to Mayberry. Otis, never expecting his brother and sister-in-law to visit, led them to believe that he works in the Mayberry sheriff's office. Otis tugs at Andy, Barney, and the viewers heartstrings when he talks about his family's comparison, "Ralph's gonna do real good. Ralph's gonna do fine. Why can't you be more like Ralph?" However, we find out Ralph also likes to get drunk on Saturday night and lock himself in jail, just like Otis. #lifelessons from #theandygriffithshow ⭐Too much comparison leads to unhappiness and low self-esteem. ⭐Sometimes you've got to have more faith. You never know how things are going to turn out. ⭐Don't walk to far while trying to keep it all sucked in. It ain't easy. #bekind #BeEncouragedToday #friendshelpingfriends #loveyourneighbor #andygriffithshow #goodtv #lessonslearned
  7. Christine Fun Fact: The guy carrying the boom box listening to Rock N Roll in the junkyard, was George Thorogood(Bad to Bone)writer and singer. He was supposed to speak in the cubed Christine scene. But his acting was very bad, he wound up with that non speaking role of the boom box music listener instead.
  8. Christine Fun Fact: Did you know in the book, Leigh thinks of the car Christine as "Arnie's steel girlfriend!"
  9. Did y'all catch the blooper in Season 1 Episode 1 One Armed Bandits in the junkyard? The Dixie horn is blown. It stops. Then it finishes before they leave on the stake out of Rosco's slot machines.
  10. Christine Fun Fact: Bits of that scene in Darnell's Garage when Dennis and Leigh crush Christine with the Cat dozer is shot in a mirror. A mirror designed specifically for shooting film thru.
  11. Christine Fun Fact: In the book, State Police Detective Rudolph Junkins likely knew Arnie Cunningham was running something else for Will Darnell. Arnie's lucky he only got charged with the cigarettes rap not for coke.
  12. Those cars all became red and white later. They were first used in Buckskin Beige to film those opening scenes.
  13. Christine Fun Fact: Did you know LeBay customized the Detroit rolling stock? You could not get '58 Fury in those colors red and white. All came Buckskin Beige like the assembly line scene. Red and white was a special custom ordered car.
  14. Dennis Guilder:"Forget it Arnie. This baby's got 93,000 miles on it. Probably 193. Bet it won't even start."

  17. Christine Fun Fact: Alexandra Paul(Leigh Cabot)is a Vegan. She does not eat meat. She pulled the bun back hiding the meat to eat nothing but the bread.

  21. I had to tell my Facebook friend Morgan this about Christine. She found something about a suicidal note left by Buddy Repperton and Arnie Cunningham finds the note and him and Buddy make love. Here is what I told her. How many times I got to tell you? There is no such love scene between Arnie Cunningham and Buddy Repperton or Buddy Repperton suicide note. Never has been. Not in Stephen King's novel or John Carpenter's movie. That is just a piece of fabricated fanfiction somebody wrote. Someone who wanted those things to happen made them happen in their own world. That note and those scenes of love and suicide do not officially exist. I repeat do not officially exist.
  22. Gilligan's Island Fun Fact: Did you know that in the Season 1 episode Big Man on a Little Stick, Dawn Wells(Mary Ann)and Tina Louise(Ginger)kept messing up their lines on purpose during meeting Denny Scott Miller(Duke Williams), so that they could keep seeing him flex his muscles, until Alan Hale Jr.(Skipper)caught on and gave the girls a look that ended it.

  24. (Season 5 Big Daddy) Big Daddy:"Ernie, my bones tell me somethin's gone amiss." Ernie:"Them sirens tell me the same thing. Hold on, Big Daddy!" Big Daddy:"Get goin' out of here, fast! Faster Ernie, faster!" Ernie:"I got it on the floor, Big Daddy!"
  25. (Season 5 Big Daddy) Waylon Jennings:"Naturally, Boss let Big Daddy off the hook. What with blood bein' thicker than water, kin folk, an' all that there roots kind of stuff, you know. Besides that, Boss got his money back, right? Wroooong!"
