That's a big score for Haas. Will be interesting to see what George can do in a race winning car although he probably feels a lot of pressure to do well.

Thanks guys

Heard on the news this morning that some places around cleveland got almost two feet of snow. So apparently now it's 'white privilege' to not want to hear music blaring in the middle of the night according to an article I read last night that's trying to turn a tragedy into a race thing. Seems to me that everyone that works for a living no matter what race you are doesn't want to be woken up and kept up by loud music. So sick of everything being turned into a race thing or being "offensive". /End rant.

Well lucas county is going to purple level? whatever that means. So the schools are going back to online classes, library's are closed, restaurants and bars closed to indoor dining, outside dining still allowed if you don't mind freezing your butt off. Even the parks are limiting people again, one I went too yesterday blocked some of the parking lots off. Looks like it's going to be a long month.

Uuhhhhh...digging under the seat of the General.... Looks like some of Uncle Jessie's finest but I wouldn't drink it all in one sitting. Only about two inches of snow stuck to the grass and cars here. Gonna try and get to the park and take some pics as it will all melt tomorrow when the temps get back up to the 40s. Scored a black and decker 20v drill yesterday at the local Ace hardware on sale for $25. Now that I have two drills it will be nice to not have to switch out bits doing projects.

Looks like you're going to get the worst of the snow Roger. Local forecasters toned down the "could be worst snow storm of the decade" to 3 maybe 4 inches if snow . I know doom and gloom gets viewers but I really wish they wouldn't predict it like that unless all the computer models agreed that it's going to be bad storm for the area. Got all the Christmas shopping done this past weekend . Decorated our outside potted pine tree, now it looks like a Charlie Brown Christmas tree , I even had to stake it because the one ornament weighed it down lol.

You never know Hobie, if he's backed into a corner he might be one of those wolverine personality types even though he professional persona is of a cute cuddly animal. Exercise

Impressive. Wife and I are fans of the new Hawaii 5-0 too, at least until Grace Park and Daniel Dave Kim left then we only watched it if nothing else was on. I almost have the complete seasons 1-20 of The Simpsons, just missing a few seasons. Complete Dukes of Hazzard tv show and tv movies set. Complete Miami Vice series Complete Golden Girls series Complete Mama's Family series Complete King of Queens series Complete Star Trek the original series. All the Star Trek movies. Have all the Star Wars movies but the lousy 3 prequel movies from the late 90's-early 2000's. Wife has most of the classic Disney cartoon movies. I could go on but let's just say we have a lot of DVD's and bluray's.

Well Roger you can live out your Nascar fantasy by playing the original Nascar Heat, just go to The Mod Squad (link in my sig) and the guys there will help you get set up. They have Nascar mods from the 1960's - now, and the best part it's all Free. Just tell them Spike sent you There was a really scary crash in the F1 race yesterday and the driver walked away with minor injuries. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQ7_En2xEm4

I stuffed myself so much on Thanksgiving, my stomach is still reeling from it today . Gonna try and get the Christmas decorations up today. Got a pack of birch branches and an outside lighted garland I'm going to wrap around them and put out the lighted porch tree and decorate our potted pine tree since it grew to about 4 and a half feet tall this year. Looks like it's going to be last nice weekend to get outside stuff done as Monday looks like we're going to get the first big snowfall of the season. One forecaster says we could see double digit totals but I think he's blowing it out of proportion. Have a good weekend.

Oh my God that mullet . I had one for about a week, then I went back to the barber and had him shave it off .

Is that 250 for your country or just the local area? Lucas county is now averaging 200+ new cases daily and #3 in deaths in Ohio county's. Ohio is averaging over 8,000 new cases daily. Yeah I don't see the traveling thing ending well either. This one senior lady I did some odd jobs for yesterday said she's got family coming in from a hot spot state, I wished her luck in not catching it. She's already got health issues though not any major ones but takes prescriptions daily. Maybe if the media didn't push the covid story's all the dang time. Yes it's a serious disease but I'm sure I'm not alone in getting burned out from hearing about it all the dang time. I barely get through a minute of the news before I turn the channel. I don't remember the avian flu and swine flu getting this much coverage. Wife and I are staying home too, having a roast instead of a turkey though.

Covid finally struck at the wife's work, one person confirmed 2nd waiting for the test results. She's now doing 3 people's jobs as they don't want to call any backup in in case the rest of the crew is also infected and just don't know it yet. They would just have everyone tested but due to a major jump in testing before Thanksgiving to travel, tests are hard to come by here.

I think another shutdown in Ohio is inevitable now. In the last 4 days the county has had almost a thousand new confirmed covid cases, which is a huge spike compared to the past few weeks even. Local library's have closed to the public again, only doing non contact dropoffs and drive thru pick ups if the library has a drive thru. Most of the local schools went back to online classes. People aren't social distancing as much as they were either, seen a few times of grocery store workers reminding people at the cash registers. Stay safe and healthy y'all.

Got an inch of unexpected snow yesterday. After dealing with all the BS and jerks last week the snow sort of got me back in the spirit of the season by covering the trees and grass and making it look all Christmas-ey. It all melted today of course though we could have more tomorrow which will probably melt Wednesday as temps will once again bounce back up to the 50's.
