  1. Bring Your Daughter... to the Slaughter - Iron Maiden
  2. I joined soon after you stopped posting, and I wondered where HazzardNet's most prolific poster had gone . It's great to have you back, and I hope you can find the right balance between school and Hazzard. It's also good to hear that TexasDaisy's computer woes are behind her (at least for a while).
  3. Here's IMDb's list of filming locations - don't know whether one of these was the jump site. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0377818/locations
  4. Moonshiner's Daughter - Hayseed Dixie
  5. Don't get me wrong - it was funny - I laughed when I saw it. My skin is thick enough to withstand comments of this nature - remember, I am an Englishman living in Ireland, so I still get stick from the locals for stuff that happened hundreds of years ago. If anyone has a list of what's wrong with the English, feel free, but don't expect it to go unchallenged .
  6. So L.B., what's wrong with being an Englishman?. (This is a rhetorical question - I don't need a list ).
  7. Hold Back the Tears - Jessi Colter
  8. I spent the day at the All American Car, Truck & Bike Show in Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath. American cars are pretty rare here (there's a '65 Mustang I've seen around a couple of times, and there's a guy about 10 miles away with a Dodge Ram pickup), so to see so many in one place was great. There was a good turnout of Mustangs, and I'm sure MaryAnne would have liked the dozen or so '70s and '80s Trans-Ams. Obviously the highlight of the day was finding a General there. I spent about half an hour talking Dukes with the car's owner, Gary. He told me that he knows of one other General in Ireland, but that might be it. I know several HNet members have their own Generals, so this may sound like no big deal, but getting to sit inside was definitely a treat for me - Thanks Gary. The show was hosted by the Midland American Automobile Club. Gary belongs to the American & Custom Car Club Northern Ireland. Take a look at their website for more pictures of his General, plus pictures from his trips to Dukesfest.

    Commercials

It sounds like a lot of money, and most commercials don't cost as much to make, but it's peanuts compared to the campaign budgets. A 30 second advertising slot during the Super Bowl now costs $2.5 - $3m. Sounds like I'm in the wrong business .

    Commercials

I remembered these the other day. They are a few years old now, but I don't think they were shown in the US. Both are epic 2 minute commercials for Honda: They cost a fortune to make (£1m plus) each.
  16. Blue Hat For A Blue Day - Nick Heyward
  17. Lizzy and B.L. got it right, so I'm afraid you're only half right Roger . I'll come back to 'Reunion' another time - back to the 7 seasons (now that's a big pizza ). Q. Which actor appeared in '10 Million Dollar Sheriff' and 'Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Duke' under different stage names? If you know the answer, there's a bonus point for naming the series he appeared in with Hazzard's own Peggy Rea.
  18. Cola Bottle Baby - Edwin Birdsong I am the only one who checks out some of the ones I've never heard of?
  19. Great pics - thanks for the link.
  20. Let the Good Times Roll - Louis Jordan
