Luke shook his head trying to think outside of himself. "It's ok..you wont be."

"You...you can stay...if you want..." He figured he owed her that much after all the worry he had put everyone through.

Luke turned looking at her. "W-will you be back?"

Luke nodded squeezing Bo's hand before quietly getting up out of his seat. "I'll be back," he promised, before heading to his room.

Luke swallowed. "Will...will you tell me...if he wakes up Sara?" asks sounding much like a scared child.

TJ lay in his bed, thumb in his mouth, his eyes open wide as he listened to the different sounds coming through the wall. Luke just absorbed himself in his whittling, not yet ready to face anyone.

Luke let out a soft sigh. He felt like a failure, but, thanks to Sara he was learning that his feelings couldn't be trusted.

Luke let off a soft sigh, closing his hand gently over Bo's.

Sammy led the way down to the kitchen. "You want anything sweetheart?" Luke meanwhile had also returned downstairs, sitting before the fireplace whittling thoughtfully on a piece of wood.

Luke nodded a little, knowing she was right. But still, seeing Bo like that...well, it didn't help ease his troubled mind any.

Sammy couldn't help smiling, still getting chills up her spine whenever Bo kissed her. "Let's go baby."

Luke turned back to Bo. He looked so tired. "I'm scared Daisy...I...I don't wanna lose him too," he admitted in a rare admittance of fear.

Sammy nodded a little pulling his face down to her and kissing him softly. "I love you."

"Thanks Daisy..." he answered softly, wishing Bo would wake and tell him the same thing.

Sammy nodded. "I know. It's okay. I know you're tired...an' cranky," she added with a smile.

Sammy swallowed hating the tone that Bo took with her. She knew it was because he was so tired but still...

Luke swallowed. "Yeah...I...I suppose we do..." he answered softly. "Guess...I didn't think of it that way..."

Luke shrugged. "Guess so." He wasn't sure really. He wasn't sure of much, except the fact that it now wasn't a question of if he'd be better but when. "She...she believes I can do this...even...even if I don't believe in myself," he added quietly. "Guess that's the biggest thing."

"I know," answered Sammy. "I'm usually laying next to you on those sleepless nights. But you gotta try...you know as well as I do how important good sleep..."
