  1. I probably should have started another thread and named it "Happy Birthday Boss". Boss is the only person who gets to celebrate his birthday twice. While Mr. Booke's birthday may be in January, according to the episode "Baa Baa White Sheep" Boss and his twin Abraham Lincoln Hogg were born on April 6, 1926. That's Today!! Happy Birthday Boss and Abe!!!
  2. Right Julie. Description, We see Coy and Vance for the last time
  3. cigar
  4. astronomy
  5. I guess there is a difference in the translations !1976. Hopefully none of the translation problems are extremely inaccurate. I can see how something like that can happen. Hey Commissioner, I still haven't checked your big list over. I think I'll have time Sunday night. As far as the Jesse's wife dilemma goes, I have devised my own solution to the problem and here it is... 1) From "Luke's Love Story" Jesse said he's only been in love once and "I married her" 2) On "The Legacy" Jesse said his wife's name was Martha 3) On "Farewell Hazzard" Jesse said his wife's name was Lavinia 4) On "The Boar's Nest Bear's he called her Lavinia again Since Jesse's only been in love once and he never would have married a woman he didn't love, I'm guessing that the same lady went by two different names. I'm also wondering if maybe Martha was just a nickname or maybe even her middle name. So, for my records I call her Lavinia Martha Duke.
  6. You're right Julie. At the beginning of "Money To Burn" who did Boss hire to haul the (fake) one million dollars to the Federal Reserve in Atlanta?
  7. I'm sure you have a much better memory than me !1976. That's why I use my notebook to cheat. At the end of "Find Loretta Lynn" at the Boar's Nest just before Loretta sings "Ya'All Come", she hands out pictures. While she's giving some to Rosco and Enos, Waylon says "Rosco and Enos got enough pictures for all their cousins." I was starting to get concerned. I was almost all the way through the episode and their cousins still hadn't been mentioned yet.
  8. Since it's been a couple days, here's a hint on that last one. Fill in the blank. The answer is ..... The ___________of Hazzard
  9. beans (vanilla does come from beans, right?)
  10. Happy birthday MaryAnne!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for all you do for us on the HazzardNet. We appreciate you. Well, if you're not getting any of Uncle Jesse's finest for your birthday, maybe we can all meet at the Boar's Nest to celebrate. Buttermilks are on me!! (Well, the first round that is. After that, you folks are on your own.) Hey, I just noticed the dates on these posts. The last time we celebrated your birthday was 2003. I guess I'll have to buy you 6 buttermilks to make up for it. I think you'll need to find a designated driver. Maybe Emma Tizdale will show up with her dirt bike.
  11. B.L., Daisy and daisyXenos all got it right. Who was all four Dukes trying to help in "Route 7-11"? A) Miz Emma Tisdale Clarence Stovall C) Dewey Stovall
  12. How ya been buddy? Are you chatting right now?

  13. This quote is from "Close Call For Daisy" when Rosco was in the Dukes house and noticed it was a total disaster after it had been ransacked by two bad guys, "What a mess. Did the termites stop holding hands?"
  14. Which of these were on the show? bad guy Jason Steel or good guy Boomer McLeary Rimfire Ridge or Firefly Gulley (episode names) People's Choice or Road Hazzard
  15. Yep, I double checked. Boss mentioned Enos's Mama. Now I better check on Enos's cousin from "Find Loretta Lynn". Doing research in Hazzard sure is fun.
  16. Happy Birthday Lulu. (March 31). We love you sweetheart!!!!!!
  17. apple pie (I remember the old TV commercial jingle "Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and Chevrolet")
  18. Hey !1976, I found that scene. After Rosco caught Enos on the street with Daisy's lipstick on his cheek, he went in to report it to Boss by having Boss guess who was staying with Enos. Boss's second guess was Enos's Aunt Minnie. *lightbulb goes off over RogerDuke's head* Hey, I think Boss's first guess was Enos's Mama and she's not included on my relative list. Now I have to back and double check. I'll use any excuse to watch more Dukes!!! LOL
  19. It's important to remember that a lot of these people that the Commissioner has listed here were never on the show. They were only MENTIONED on the show. Lizzy, The Commissioner is right about Cooter's cousin Earl. He was mentioned on "Along Came a Duke" and was an undertaker. In the case of the four relatives I listed for Enos, none of them were on the show. An interesting thing is that Sonny Shroyer mentioned Odie because he did it as a tribute to his real life father. (He told me that personally) Hey !1976, I'll watch "Close Call for Daisy" and find out when Minnie was mentioned and get back to you. I bet you're right about the translation problem.
  20. This one is from "Route 7-11" Bad lady to Bo and Luke "It's an 18-wheeler, you sure you can handle it?" Luke "Well, there's two of us. That's 9 wheels apiece."
  21. B.L. and Julie got it right. It's a Mustang. When the "Deputy Dukes" were hauling Rocky Marlow (Rosco called him public enemy number one through ten) from Springville to Hazzard, they tried to fool the two bad guys that were chasing them by stopping at a car dealer and trading their patrol car for what kind of vehicle? A) hurst ambulance C) ice cream truck D) black cadillac E) auto parts delivery truck
  22. tuxedo
  23. Taylor Swift????? I thought the first song you'd want to learn is the theme to Dukes!! LOL Good luck Dixie!! It sounds like fun.
  24. The only family of Enos's ever mentioned on the show were...... His daddy from "One Armed Bandits" His cousin (no name mentioned) from "Find Loretta Lynn" His Aunt Minnie from "Close Call for Daisy" His Uncle Odie from "Enos in Trouble" Jessi, I don't think I'll post mine. Commissioner King has done a pretty good job here. What I will do is check mine with his and add anything I find that might have been missed. That might take a little while though. This is fun!!!!!
