    I never really looked at Rosco as a villain. I bet the people who cast him as that didn't watch our favorite show a lot. Rosco's much too lovable to be called a villain.

    This Waylon line from "The Law and Jesse Duke" might not sound that funny but the way that Waylon delivers it makes it hilarious. "I tell you, being an entaprauneer is a heavy responsibility. Learning that word wasn't too easy either." (spelling it ain't easy either. I probably messed it up)

    I have been thinking of a similiar situation. I'll turn 50 in April so I have to think of something crazy to do. Since I want to live another 50 years I don't want it to be too crazy. I do have a couple ideas though. My favorite idea so far is renting a Harley. I've already looked into the cost. (BTW John Schneider turns 50 that week too) Since your birthday is in winter you've probably ruled out sky diving or scuba diving. LOL If you plan on going to higher education someday maybe you could pick that day to visit the college you're interested in. If not, think of some milestone thing you could do regarding your future. Or are you thinking of something a little more lighthearted? You could pick that day to rescue Redneck girl from that leaf pile. She should be getting pretty cold by then.

    It's not too often that I don't know what to say. Since so many other people deserve this, accepting the fan of the month award can be somewhat humbling. Thanks Meadowmuffin, MaryAnne and Brian for making HazzardNet what it is today. Thanks to Gy Waldron for creating Dukes. Thanks to all the actors, writers and crew who made it happen. Thanks to everybody who participates in HazzardNet. I only use my computer for e-mail and HazzardNet so I'm probably not real qualified to say this but I bet that there is no other website in the world where people feel this much like family. I guess it's something in the fresh air here in Hazzard County. Roger

I never thought of that before MaryAnne, probably because they never actually showed it, but now that you mention it, that would be pretty funny. Rosco wouldn't be able to make much of a contribution there due to his lack of skills as a lawman (unless he went into his Great Coltrano act and made the bad guys disappear.) What interesting fact about the Boar's Nest was revealed on "Bad Day in Hazzard?" A) It has a tunnel underneath it It was once owned by Jesse's grandfather C) It was built in 1938 D) There's buried treasure under Boss's office E) It used to be a hardware store
