  1. Hey TomBo, Send Meadowmuffin a PM just in case she doesn't read this. If she doesn't know I bet she can tell you who does. I'd like to know myself.
  2. I love these James!!!! Those two comets look like Hale-Bopp (fat one) and Hyakutake. If so, I've seen them both. How about doing one of the General Lee jumping over M31 (aka, the Andromeda Galaxy) LOL
  3. Well, I don't really have anything to say about Luke's Laugh but I just got tired of seeing "Tom Caught With Weed" thread whenever I was scrolling down on the board. My guess is that Tom wasn't laughing when he got caught but I know I'll be smiling if we can put this stupid weed thing in the past. I can't blame people for being interested in it though. I can accept the fact that Tom and Luke are two seperate people but I don't have to like it.
  4. We're thinking about you and praying for you buddy. *bows head*
  5. Which of these were on the show? Hogg's Butter Company or Hogg's Friendly Fertilizer Company Maple Street or Silverthorn Road Sheriff Emmit "Spike" Loomis or Boss "Knuckles" Cooper of Polk County
  6. Your post made me smile dukefan. That look on Rosco's face is an all-time classic.
  7. That lady you're talking about is Boss Big Billie Tucker. She isn't really that big though. Maybe that adjective refers to her attitude. I can't remember her henchman's name.
  8. Well since this is fast becoming the philosophy thread let me add one that I heard last week. It's not related to the subject but it's so funny I just wanted to share it. It's from Yogi Berra. "Nobody goes to that restaurant anymore. It's too crowded."
  9. Count me in. I love the idea. Maybe you should start an "Episode of the Week" Club. You could post an episode once a week and we could post opinions about it all week and cut off the discussions when the next episode is posted and then start again. Woops, I just reread your post. I guess you were talking about getting in the chat room....if that doesn't work because it's too hard to get everybody together, we could just post thoughts on a thread
  10. Thanks Daisy. That's never happened to me before but if it ever does I'll know to use caution.
  11. I can relate to people like myself who were fans of the show when it was originally on every Friday night on CBS. As much as I like my fellow old timers, I really get excited when I see another young person become a HazzardNet member. You kids are the ones who will carry the Dukes flag to pass on to future generations......and I want you to know how much I appreciate you. This show is certainly deserving of going down in history as the greatest series ever made and I firmly believe it will continue to pass that test of time. It will only do so because of all you young Dukes fans who (like Dixie said) have incredible taste in television. Thanks to you kids, there's hope for the future. Welcome to the HazzardNet "Lifelonghazzardfan85"
  12. What is the name of the funeral home on Riskin Avenue in Hazzard? A) Hotchkiss Funeral Home Hogg Funeral Home C) Hazzard Funeral Home D) Heavenly Gates Funeral Home two hints...it starts with an H...LOL and it was on the episode "Arrest Jesse Duke"
  13. Hi Bo, my computer's been down. I posted it on trivia and Duke or Dupe that I'd be out of commision for awhile but you must not have seen it. My wife has it fixed (thanks to some help) so I'm back now.

  14. We love ya Harry. You're a true Duke boy and we're proud that you're one of us. Keep fighting buddy......we're here for you.
  15. Close enough B.L. Nice job. My computer is broke down at home and since I'm so dumb with technology I have no idea how long it will take to get it fixed so please be patient with trivia. Better yet, everybody else can post questions.
  16. Not bad B.L. The only one you missed is the first one. My computer is down at home so I may not be posting for awhile.
  17. The Return of the Ridge Raiders..... one of my all time favorite episodes!!!
  18. Thanks for the info Julie. Now I'll know not to look for him in the first two seasons I'm watching. I bet he probably didn't do too much work after 1985. I hope he had a chance to enjoy life a little before heading off to Hazzard Heaven. Of course, there's a good chance he loved acting so much it wasn't like work to him. That reminds me of a saying... Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life.
  19. Alex, daisyXenos and B.L. all got it right. CONGRATULATIONS to AlexJackson for an unbelievable 130 in a row correct *FIREWORKS EXPLODE* Here's a tough one. What is the occupation of the real Gaylord Duke?
  20. I'm with you Redneck Girl. GO STEELERS!!!!! I was a Steeler fan before they even won their FIRST Super Bowl (Yep, I'm that old) Plus I only live two hours north of Pittsburgh) I'm predicting a 27-3 Steeler win. Antbody else want to make a prediction?
