I sure hope Luke is having a great birthday. There's no main character that has a birthday until January now so we'd better make this celebration last.

Welcome to Hazzard County texasdaisy09. I see that you joined in July but I guess I missed your original post. I'm glad that you threw your 2 cents in. That's about how much Rosco gets when Boss gives him his 50% of 50% of 50%. I sure wish I had 2 cents to put in but I'm broke after paying that ticket that Rosco gave me after he put a plastic fire hydrant beside my pick-up truck.

daisyxenos, Bo and B.L. all got it right. What actor's real-life daughter played MaryLou Craig, daughter of Bill and Bonnie Tomkins? (hint: she had a baby) -
death (sorry about that Garrett. I hope you slept okay last night....LOL)

spider (Fly paper was a strip of paper about the size of a yard stick that you hung from the ceiling. It was so sticky, any bug was trapped when it landed on it. It might have had someting that smelled good on it to attract them. It wasn't something you wanted to get stuck in your hair when you walked by it! LOL)

You're Looking at Country (Loretta Lynn) (Barbara Mandrell sang "Country When Country Wasn't Cool". George Jones, not George Strait jumped in at the very end. I hope you don't mind the history lesson daisyxenos.....LOL)

A Day in the Life of a Duke
RogerDuke replied to DaisyMaeDuke's topic in Role Playing - Original Characters
*face expresses his confusion* Well, I sure can't imagine why he'd be after any of us. *picks up his coffee cup and looks at it but doesn't drink any* Ya know, Earl Crosby was quite a story teller. *pauses and smiles* On occasion he even told one that was true. Before he went on to meet his Maker, he told me that little Carl turning bad was his only regret in life. *the room is silent for awhile as Jesse thinks some more. He then gets up, walks over to the door and grabs his red hat* I'm heading into Hazzard. After Earl passed on, Leona moved into Oxford's Boarding House. I reckon it's about time I paid her a visit. -

fly paper (Ya don't see that stuff any more. It used to be really popular)

LOL, wow daisyxenos, great minds think alike. It looks like we thought of this at the exact same time. What a coincidence! Right after I posted it, I looked back and you beat me by less than a minute. We must have both been thinking about Luke for some reason. It's weird how things happen like that sometimes.

Possum on a gumbush, we've sure had a lot of birthday celebrations lately here in Hazzard County. This time it's Luke's turn. Happy birthday on Wednesday September 9, old buddy old pal. I'll meet you at the Boar's Nest tomorrow for the celebration. Everybody in the county will be there. Well, not everybody. Boss will be busy tacking foreclosure notices on the doors of the houses of widows.

Hey daisyxenos, just because you picked 6 favorite characters and I only picked one doesn't mean you like The Dukes of Hazzard six times as much as I do!! LOL (sorry but I couldn't resist teasing you. I think it's awesome that you have that many favorite characters....although I have to admit that when I read your list, I kinda felt sorry for Boss, Cooter, Cletus, Lulu, Emma Tisdale, Coy, Vance, Grady Byrd......okay, I'll shut up now)

B.L., I'm not surprised you answered B because it was very rare to see them lit but Bo and daisyxenos are right. They are located on both sides of the plate. What kind of doll were the diamonds hidden in on "Diamonds in the Rough"? A) Snoopy Bugs Bunny C) Barbie doll D) Papa Smurf E) Teddy Bear F) Pink Panther -
mint (we grow different kinds of mint and make tea with them. I like to chill mine and put sugar in it...Mmmmm)

Denver C. and Lizzy both got it right. Cooter stole President Jimmy Carter's limo. In this 2 part episode Bo (and Daisy) beat the following NASCAR legends in a race: Darrell Waltrip-second place Bobby Allison-third place Cale Yarborough Richard Petty Ricky Rudd Buddy Baker Bill Elliott

Of course it is Meadowmuffin. That's because you can relate to Rosco so well. After all, you're both Supreme Superior Commanders. Khee Khee I love it, I love it!!! I'm gone.

That is Awesome!!!!! The next time someone asks me who my favorite teacher was in school I'm just going to say that I never even met my favorite teacher. When they give me a funny look I'll just tell them that my favorite teacher is daisyxenos's fourth period English teacher!!! I'm sure they'll understand perfectly then (after another half hour of explaining) Seriousely though, tell your teacher that he (or she) is my hero.

Lizzy and Bo both got it right. Hey B.L. I'm sure you'll remember this after I give you this little review.....Lulu was stranded on a dirt road with a broken down car but Bo and Luke picked her up. I bet you remember now...she got to drive the General Lee to the Boar's Nest to yell at Boss. Speaking of the General Lee, where are the back-up lights on a 1969 Charger? A) on the chrome bumper it doesn't have any C) above the brake lights D) both sides of the license plate
