  2. You beat me to it MM. I was just logging in to post that. Here in Pennsylvania they're running two episodes per day starting at 4:30 EST. It appears to mostly be season one episodes so far. THANKS TVLand!
  3. And now 77. Happy birthday Waylon. We miss you.
  4. buttermilk (Enos's favorite)
  5. I was just going through this thread and bumped across this. I'm going to see Charlie in concert later this month so I'm getting pretty excited about it.
  6. Vega (that's the star in the movie "Contact" where the aliens live)
  7. slot machine (sorry about the "nightmare" response. I thought I was responding to "sleep"
  8. nightmare
  9. Wow! You'd sure have to know your cars to get that one. I was around when all those cars were on the road and I'm clueless.
  10. The Dukes mini marathons just keep flowing. Thanks again CMT
  11. I know what you mean about scraping the bottom of the barrel. Next season they're going to have the neighbor's x-son-in law of the cousin of the lady who gives dog manicures to David Hasselhoff's Boston Terrier.
  12. When I'm on the HazzardNet money doesn't flow out of my computer like it's a one armed bandit. Is this a technical glitch?
  13. good (What's bad about the Hazzard Equal Rights Society?)
  14. I'm not a Dancing With the Stars fan but my wife is. I've never even heard of most of the "stars" on there. Since my wife watches it I will sit on the couch occasionally with her. Last night was the finals and one of the songs they were playing was California Girls that mentions "Daisy Dukes" shorts. They then immediately went to a commercial and the commercial after that was one of Bo and Luke's AutoTrader commercials. I'm not a huge fan of those since the boys would never really trade the General but I am a huge fan of the Dukes still being a part of our culture. Seeing two Dukes references within seconds of each other on one of the most popular shows on TV was a big thrill to me. I wonder if we'll ever see a Duke on Dancing With the Stars?
  15. When the series first started Rosco didn't seem to like the Dukes too much but his attitude softened later. I suspect the writers knew that the fans liked Rosco getting softer but didn't want him to take it too easy on them or that would ruin everything. I always liked the soft side of Rosco. I also liked it when Boss showed his soft side toward Rosco. I just watched "10 Million Dollar Sheriff" on CMT and I loved the scene at the very end where Boss was gentle on Rosco when he found out that his life really was in danger. Of course seconds later he wouldn't lend Rosco 10 dollars!
  16. We're really happy to have you here airdream. Don't worry about bad English. You're doing great!
  17. Roger Duke is a real jerk and I can't stand him. Come on now, I just insulted a pretty nice old timer. If that's not good for a couple warning points I don't know what is. It will be a hysterical day on the HazzardNet if I can be the first one to get some. I think I meant to say historical. (One of my all time favorite Rosco lines)
  18. Welcome to Hazzard County Lucas! We're happy to meet a new friend!
  19. LOL Always trying to stir stuff up ain't I MM? That should be worth at least 2 warning points!
  20. Warning points sound like they might be fun. What can I do to get them?
  21. As most of you know I post all the stars birthdays here but I don't really celebrate them but one. That one exception is May 11th. I don't make a cake or sing happy birthday or anything like that but I do catch myself thinking about 'ole Jesse all day on the 11th. It's not so much that he's made a biigger impact on my life that any of the other stars....it's that Jesse is my future. He's the man I'm going to be someday. He's my hero. I don't know how much Denver Pyle was like Jesse but it doesn't matter. What matters is that his acting gave me a mentor to look up to, and an old timer worthy of modeling my life around. I am, after all, only 4 years away from being Denver's age (59) in 1979 when Dukes first came out so, Lord willing, I'll live long enough to grow a white beard. Thanks Denver.
  22. Thanks for all the hard work you do MM. Thank goodness I didn't lose my avatar or signature quote. The quote I could have figured out but I had someone else do the avatar for me since I was (and still am) technologically challenged.
  23. One more week until my hero's 95th birthday!
  24. There's a new television commercial out there. It's for Volkswagen and it features Waylon singing "Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys". I saw it twice this weekend and was thrilled to hear Waylon's voice. Has anybody else seen it yet?
