Wow Darth Lee. I knew the General Lee could jump high but your version of the General jumped into outer space! Awesome. Where did you come up with that idea?! Welcome to the HazzardNet!
You are always welcome to vent here Garrett. If we didn't love you it would be different but since we do, we don't mind a bit. That's what friends are for. Sorry to hear things aren't going well. Keep us updated. Usually when you have a string of bad luck it means you are due for a string of good luck. I hope that happens next.
That's cool that nobody crashed from the rain. Sport bikes are the same way. It is surprising that they race in the rain. And also surprising they don't crash more than they do on a wet track.
Good to hear from you. I'm like you....pretty bad with technology. I bet Hoss can find a link to that place and post it if you let us know what town it is near.
Right now I'm finally relaxing. We have had company for 7 days and it's nice to have a little quiet time. No Hobie, I haven't seen Killer Shrews. I'm sure I'd like it because Rosco is in it. Is it good otherwise?
Jewel Franklin Guy.......born 7-26-1926. We know him simply as James Best and Rosco. If he wouldn't have gone to Hazzard Heaven he would be 98 years old today (Fri). We love and miss you Rosco....even though you weren't always fair to the 4 Dukes.
Oh my goodness! I can only imagine the stories you have heard. Thank you so much for preserving their legacy.
I also dabble in writing. I wrote a romantic fiction 30 years ago. Never tried to get it published but family and friends liked it. I have also worked on and off for 15 years on a book that deals with what moral values might be like on other planets....similiar to C S Lewis's space trilogy. It would be labeled Christian science fiction. Also, have had hundreds of letters to the editor in several newspapers and magazines over 4 decades. The only time I ever got paid was a piece I did for Astronomy magazine.....$200. Didn't even expect money for it!
