Tell us more about your love of the Dukes. How long you been a fan? Do you have any favorite episodes or a favorite character? Seen all the episodes? Met any of the stars? Have any collectibles? We want to know everything......Dukes related.
Just offering a little Uncle Jesse advice here. And a little reminder. Any time a new person joins and puts up their first post we should all respond. Even if it is with a single word "Welcome". I have been in their situation before....checked out a forum and received little response for my first post. That doesn't mean I didn't come back the next day. But it can be just enough reason to get them to stay. If they are interested in Hazzard enough to post in the first place, they just might be someone who hangs out for a long time. ❤
Welcome to the HazzardNet vrush. That was a great question. I sure didn't know the answer to it. And thank you Hoss. Kinda cool to know there are Dukes around who inspired the name. Makes me wonder if they know. I wonder if the elderly gentleman has Duke descendants running around and are aware they are Hazzard royalty....in a way. We hope to hear more from you vrush.
Pro dirt bikes for me. Followed by NASCAR and then sport bikes like Moto GP. F1 is awesome but there is only so much time in the day. In fact, all road and track racing is awesome. If it has wheels, people in Hazzard wanna race it....or at least wanna watch it race.
This evening I am going to be reliving the nightmare of 7-22-23 when I lost my only child. Thank you all for all your support this last year. The accident was at 7:14 EST. If you are so inclined I would appreciate a prayer around then. If not, a loving thought.
I do. That reminds me. I haven't had them in awhile. There is a local restaurant/bar in the country that has frog legs. I like those too. What is your favorite kind of sardine flavor? I like them all, especially mustard.
Anybody who knows about that vest is a big time Dukes fan. Welcome to the HazzardNet. I always wondered about all that stuff too. I was 25 when the show got cancelled but I wish I would have known what I know now. I would have tried to find a way to get some of that stuff.
I'd sell my house for an original red Jesse hat. Even if it meant living in a tent. I did contact Denver Pyle's son quite a few years ago but he referred me to Denver's widow, who I couldn't get ahold of.
Rough week around here. We just just commemorated my daughter's (would have been) 40th birthday and Monday will be the first anniversary of her death. It's tough because I feel like I can't win no matter what I do. If I think about it too much it hurts too much. If I don't think about I feel bad for not thinking about her. Life is all about finding the right balance I guess.
