Thank you. I feel like I am. I keep thinking about him and still find it hard to believe that he is gone. Though I am relieved that he isn't fighting it any more and is no longer in pain. But still so hard...2 points -
Happy Birthday, General Lee!

This is one of my favorites, of Season 7…ultimately being the season premiere! I remember watching this when it originally aired! I love the flashbacks, and seeing things from 8 years before…Boss was thinner (ol’ Sorrell finally got to do an episode without the fat suit ), Rosco has this ridiculous mustache , and Uncle Jesse wore this fedora type hat instead of his trademark red ball cap. However, there were some definite inconsistencies & inaccuracies. First, the Charger that eventually became General Lee was referred to as a “68 coupe”, by a junk dealer. Not only was the General a 69 (as we all know), but the black Charger used (before it supposedly was turned into GL) was definitely a 69 model as well. Not only that, but ‘Luke Duke’ (Tom Wopat) directed this episode! So, he should have definitely realized this inaccuracy in the script?? Then, when testing out the General, Bo & Luke supposedly first make the famous river jump (seen in the opening credits from Season 2 on)…however, they actually first made that jump in Season 2, which was sometime in late 1979 or early 1980, not 1976—the past. Next, since most of this episode takes place in 1976, Uncle Jesse’s truck would have only been a couple/few years old…but it looks to be just as beat up & dirty as if it was 20 years old. Finally, again this is supposed to be 1976 (8 years before), but Boss Hogg’s Hogg Hellcat race car was anywhere from a 1979-1982 or 83 Chevy Malibu. I know these are not detrimental mistakes, and do not hurt the plot. But, for someone who loves cars, I notice things like these. However, the wrong 1968 reference to the General does irk me when I watch this one, lol!1 point -
That's where I know him from, never heard of him before that movie, but liked his music instantly. I even bought a CD from him after seeing the movie. Anyway, way to young to go. Rest in peace Toby..1 point

It maybey doesn't look like progress but it sure is Got everything out of the dashboard to get the wiring harness for the 8-track setup in. So got the harness in, got the new center speaker in and got the 8-track player in. Also got the cluster cleaned up and installed a brand new bezel on it. I never had a cluster that looked like new so this makes me very happy! Next time get I'll get everything in the dashboard again. Can't wait for the result!1 point

Yes, I think in that one episode he had a 1970 F-100…and I think it had a shorter bed. But, the rest of the time he had 1973-1977 models.1 point -

Both of the deaths in my family recently happened pretty quick but going through it over a long period of time is a whole different experience. Both are so sad. Hang in there Garrett.1 point -

Well Jay Cutler did go there for a year after he left the Bears. Bears fans dissed Cutler like none other...I never understood it. I liked Cutler and was sad to see him go. I felt like I was in the minority. Ha. But being a Cubs fan since I was four years old has taught me a thing or two about being loyal...so I'll stick with my Bears in football. HA. And I don't know any NASCAR driver who likes the Dolphins. Or the Bears. That doesn't mean there isn't any. For the longest time I knew who every Hendrick driver's favorite football team was. Dale Jrs is the Redskins / Commanders. Johnson is Chargers, Gordon is the 49ers. Jr use to talk fantasy football during the race...LOL. Wish he would join my league! At least the Bears will get a good draft pick number this year. HA. Talking about fantasy sports...I got a fantasy NASCAR and fantasy baseball league if anyone is interested. All is free and all is fun. Baseball is with Yahoo! Fantasy Sports and NASCAR is on the NASCAR App (Also free) at NASCAR Fantasy Live. Let me know if you are interested. (I also have football with Yahoo....but that'll have to wait until next season now. HA)1 point -

Well everyone will be celebrating the Super Bowl tomorrow. I'll probably won't watch it, because the best team didn't even make the playoffs. LOL...Go Bears! But I will be rooting for the 49ers! Anyone want to guess why? That's Jeff Gordon's favorite team!!!! (And I am tired of hearing about and seeing Taylor Swift...who doesn't even play football. Who's not even on a team. Just dating a player. So give him the attention. Not her. Just saying...) Anyway, it's Jeff Gordon's favorite team, so that is why I am going for them. Plus the Bears' old kicker use to play for the 49ers before retiring before this season (the Bears were so dumb to trade Gould. Just saying...LOL). And Brock Purdy the 49ers QB use to play for Iowa State...which is my college team rivalry, but still in Iowa where I live (Im all for my Iowa Hawkeyes). Enough about football. I just want Jeff Gordon to be happy. The true Super Bowl is a week from tomorrow! I am so excited that NASCAR is finally here! Sadly, I won't be able to watch the Daytona 500 because I am suppose to be at an event for a friend. But I'll do my best to read up and keep you updated. The real racing starts after the 500 anyways. But still sad to miss out on it. Hopefully Chase Elliott will win!1 point -

My heart is totally shattered at the loss of Toby Keith. He was one of my favorite singers and have loved his music from the start. I was heartbroken when I heard his diagnosis, but I assumed he was too tough and stubborn to not beat it. He was always so positive when talking about his health too. God earned an cowboy angel for sure and he will be missed dearly. God bless his soul.1 point -
