Since you are an hour behind me it's still Aug 31 where you are at even though it is Sept here. I'm so happy I logged in just in time to wish you happy birthday on the actual day. You are a good man Hobie. I hope you had an extra good birthday.

Love rewatching the show with Bo and Luke just good time and all, but Coy and Vance as good as they tried to be Bo and Luke's replacement it just didn't work, imo. They were good boys no doubt and very friendly, at least there's that. Some replacements are just painful to watch.

I'm sorry, what?! He already moved on and remarried? That doesn't feel right to me. It's just too soon, in my opinion.

In a very short while I'll be celebrating my BD ( it's tomorrow but since today is DOHD, I thought I'd go ahead....:) ) HAPPY DOHD everybody !! * DOHD- Dukes Of Hazzard Day....a holiday that is celebrated in Hazzard like Thanksgiving day, Labor Day etc. except this is celebrated every Friday and culminates around 7pm central!! I'm about to enjoy some adult beverages and put a DVD in a little later after the news and Jeopardy! DOHD is a celebration of those kind of days when you seemed to be freer and happier. It takes you back to the day and time when we all were more innocent and less judgmental and where we had a pure enjoyment of life! I think everyone here can agree, that this alone is a good enough reason to celebrate Dukes Of Hazzard Day! So to all my fellow Hazzardites.......HAPPY DOHD!!

Not something I would do either Philip. I'm more like Uncle Jesse. He never dated again despite women flirting with him like Emma Tisdale. I'm John's age.....7 days younger to be exact. Some guys my age just can't be alone long I guess...but some can. It's like they say: It takes all kinds to make a world.

I know but they held down the fort when Bo and Luke were gone. It would have been much worse if the show would have ended after 4 seasons because of the problems. There are a lot of great episodes in seasons 5-7.

I kept up with the updates as he posted on YouTube and others did it for him, and was hopeful he'd make a full recovery, but he left us. Left us too soon. Rest in peace, cowboy.
