Talking about JTG Daugherty . . . Ricky Stenhouse Jr just signed a new seven year contract with them. I actually thought this was what you are sharing at first, Spike, as I didn't hear them potentially moving to Toyota. (As long as Hendrick stays with Chevy. I'm happy...LOL.) I set myself a new record yesterday mowing lawns, walked 10.5 miles in 4 hours. And looks like I have a new customer for the season as it looks like he finally wants to relax more in his 80's. His daughters been hassling him for years to just have me do his lawn, so they'll be happy that he finally did. Looking forward to relaxing and enjoying Star Wars Day and Free Comic Book Day1 point

Dukes Trivia: What did Avery Schreiber(Wendell)the bank robber call the General Lee in Double Sting?1 point -
You asked what the phrase meant and then you answered your own question. In the first sentence (after you asked the question) you said "...we agree to it...". In the next sentence you stated the obvious that we are still disagreeing. What we should be agreeing to is de-escalation.1 point

It's just a sad day when NASCAR has come to this. It is more about the drama they themselves create and less about the racing. I miss the days when racing was about the racing. Not about NASCAR and how they can control everything.1 point -
I forgot to mention that JTGDAUGHERTY racing's deal with Chevrolet is up at the end of the season and there's a good possibility that they might switch to Toyota and be a JGR satellite team. The other rumor is they will sell the team and charter to a new team, possibly 23/11. Speaking of charters, teams and NASCAR still have not come to an agreement on how much $$$$ teams should get from the new tv deal that starts next year. Denny Hamlin has been very outspoken on this subject on his podcast Actions Detrimental which is available at Dirty Mo Media. There was one opinion piece I read the other day that said if the teams wanted to they could take their driver's and start a new racing organization and race at non-NASCAR owned tracks. I don't think it will come to that but the teams could use that as a bargaining chip if they wanted too.1 point

I agree Roger And Hobie let's just agree to disagree... If others wish to find out more on the history of the America's there's plenty of reputable and vetted sources on the Internet, including Wikipedia, and in local library's.1 point

Watching X-Men animated series from the 90s. In Season 1 Episode 12: Days of Future Past (Part 2 of 2), in the opening, Gambit asks Rogue “Where you learn to drive?” And Rogue answers “With good old boys on country back roads…” May be a stretch but all I could think of was the opening to the Dukes of Hazzard intro song lol1 point -

The vast majority of the world was pretty savage in the old days. Even SOME Native Americans were savage. Lake Erie was named after the Eriez Indians but none of them are left because the Iroquois Indians killed them all. And Chief Seattle has a city named after him but he wiped out other tribes and kept the survivors as slaves. He still has a statue standing to honor him in Seattle.....which is odd since slave owner statues were supposed to be tore down....and the people hollering the loudest to tear down the ones in the South are from the west coast where some slave owners are loved. Edit: I almost changed my mind and deleted this post but I guess I will let it stand even though I'm not comfortable saying it. I just want history to be accurate even though it is not always pretty. The molding of America had many extremes, good and bad. Yes, much of it was ugly but human nature often is and this ugliness existed all around the world. I hope there are no hard feelings Spike. You are correct though. Indigenous peoples were treated badly and still are in certain ways.1 point -
I disagree. If you remember in the first season, I believe it was episode 7, the real car to beat General Lee in an overland car race was a Mustang driven by a woman by the name of Amy Creevy the car number was 13 and the name of the car was Lucifer.1 point
