Happy Halloween everybody. Do you want a real scare this Halloween? Do you want to huddle around your television and watch something that will make you shudder in fear because it's even scarier than "It's The Geat Pumpkin, Charlie Brown"? If you do, then I recommend these frightening Dukes of Hazzard episodes. The Hazzardville Horror - season 3 The Ghost of General Lee - season 2 The Haunting of J.D. Hogg - season 7 R.I.P. 6. I've been wanting to make one of these for a while, so I finally did it. Of course, I had to pick DOH colors. Also, check out the emergency whistle on the buckle. The Hazzard County Sheriff's Department could have used one of these. LOL!

I just felt an earthquake and heard things in the house rattle. I looked at the clock and it was 10:43 (EST). I was pretty sure that's what it was and then the local news confirmed it 17 minutes later. No real damage here. It was centered in Madison Ohio.

Today at 1:51 pm Est, a 5.8 earthquake rattled the Eastern US. States as far away as Ohio felt the tremors. No deaths were reported, but there were some injuries and damage. I live in Knox County, Ohio and I was taking a nap in my room, which is upstairs (I live in a 2 story house) at the time. I felt my bed shaking and woke up and looked around, but didn't see anything out of the ordinary, but I noticed my birds were making more noise than usual. My cockatiels and parakeets are usually quiet when I'm sleeping, but even they were making noise. When I went downstairs, (about 2 hours later...yes, I stayed in my room that long xD after I woke up) my mom told me there'd been…

Today was a crazy day for me. I had a stair give and i fell through. Tore my big toe nail almost all the way off, hurt my leg and bruise my other knee. It looked like the board was rotted because it was soft and pulled away from the other board it was nailed to. I'm ok, have my leg propped up with ice. Has anyone ever had an experience like that?

Is anybody looking up there Family, now digging up the tree in the backyard doesn't count and it's not very nice neither. Well, just to let you know I have various branches of family traced back pretty far. Well first of all I will tell you about my Great-Great-Grandfather Dr. Ede Szenger he was a Physician/Surgeon from Hungary and he lived in Mexico from 1866-1876 well in !867 he had a son with his wife I presume and he would be my Great-Grandfather Josef Szenger. Okay the thing I don't know is what was his mother's name. Well, this Josef Szenger is a fascinating Case study you see he was served World War I for Germany and he was I think maybe a fighter pilot. Sometimes I stumble on quotes of famous writers that really made me wonder, saying, "WOW it's SO true", and made me ponder on various side of life, learning a lot of myself and of people around me. I recently found this one: "People who are unable to lie, think that everybody is unable to lie", Kafka. "In your life you'll meet a lot of masks and few persons", Luigi Pirandello (GREAT italian writer). Somewhere I read that "any of us looks for something of himself into books". Actually I'm a bit too much into understanding how people relate to each other, what's honesty, what's idealism, what's duplicity, what's opportunism, and so on (how much of it there is in any of us),…

I was just thinking about all these books I like and thought, "What books do other people like?" So I'm asking. I'll say that my favorite so far is the Wake Trilogy by Lisa McMann. But I have others.

So I just got home from being at our local ammusment park. We went there to get mine and my mom's ID's for work. This is my first job which I'm excited for. I'm a Gopher which means I will take people's places when they need to use the bathroom or go to their breaks. I'm going to be working all fall and I'm at our kids area. This makes me wonder what everyone's first jobs were.

My fiance' went to the hospital yesterday after coughing up blood and they took an xray. All he knows so far is there's something wrong in his lungs. He'll be going in for more tests. I'm headed up there today (3-hour bus ride) since I get a three-day weekend for the King's birthday. I appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Thanks. Amanda Coltrane (aka Amanda of Jamanda)

Boss and Uncle Jesse were standing in front of the Courthouse and Jesse was getting tired of hearing Boss brag about how much money all his crooked businesses were making so Jesse interrupted him. That means that in 2008, my business outperformed Chrysler, Merrill Lynch, A.I.G., and Leyman Brothers by $430,000,001,572".

Let me start by saying I have three girls and they're all gorgeous, so as a dad, I have aneurisms on a regular basis. Anyway, my oldest is 15 and she went out on her first official date last night. I'm ex-military with some time in the sand box and PTSD to prove it. SO, ...I'm out in the shop working on my Chevelle when Cora, (my oldest) comes out to inform me that she's going on a date and the guy will be here any minute. I've had visions of this moment for years. The ole' cleaning a gun when he shows up, whispering in his ear, they'll never find his body, etc. Cora asks me nicely, "When you meet him can you not be, ...well, ....you." Ummm. Ok. So he shows up and I in…
