Falling through a porch

Featured Replies

Today was a crazy day for me. I had a stair give and i fell through. Tore my big toe nail almost all the way off, hurt my leg and bruise my other knee. It looked like the board was rotted because it was soft and pulled away from the other board it was nailed to. I'm ok, have my leg propped up with ice. Has anyone ever had an experience like that?

I regret what happened friend, I wish speedy recovery.

I never had big accident.

maybe you did not pay attention or was thinking about something else. Take care that life is beautiful and can be enjoyed from the bed.

hug.

One time, the maintenance man sandblasted moss and stuff off our back deck at the apartment complex we were living at at the time. The wood was so rotted that he removed more than just moss. First time I walked on the deck after he was done, my leg went straight through. Funny thing, my family was visiting and I was showing them our new place. They weren't impressed with the deck. LOL.

Got a nice ugly bruise, but fortunately I wasn't too badly hurt.
