Well I am 43 years old and a huge Dukes fan I can still remeber the night my family sat and watched the first episode, I get goose bumps just thinking back on it. After that first episode I had to have everything duke and I became a Mopar nut at age 11. This show really brought out my love of anything with a motor,Well as long as it was Mopar! I remember in High school Dukes came on in the afternoon at 4:00 pm annd I had to be home in time to watch it. My friends new that after school They might as well not bother me until 5;00 pm when dukes was over. In 2005 We rushed to the theater for the new movie. The Dukes movie was good but I wish it would have carried the traditio…

I was so delighted to find this place, an active forum for the Dukes and their fans. My nic is for the Gid Brown Hollow in Rappahannock County, Va, where I grew up. I have recently moved back there, just in time to attend the Hazzard Homecoming, which I will say about on that board. As many of you of course, Rappahannock is where Ben Jones now lives.Fisr met him back some years ago when he was making his run for Congress from Va. Glad to be back home, glad I made it to the Homecoming.and delighted to find this site.

Hello all out there in Hazzard world. Came here to meet and talk with others about The Dukes of Harzzard. I am doing this for my son who is soon to be 6 and is in love with anything to with the Dukes of Hazzard.

Kudos to the creator of this site. I am huge fan of the original Dukes of Hazzard series. So much so that I made a short comedy film in homage to the show. Here's a link to the teaser trailer. Hope ya'll like it. Yeeeehaaawww and more to come! if ya'll have somethin nice to say let me know what you think! Keep straighten those curves Duke Boys! YEEEHHHHAAAWWW!

Hey all! I'm not a new member but a returning one from where I've been hiding in a place I hate called real life. University, Work, Family Deaths, Family Drama lots of things have kept me away from the site but all that is about to change. I plan to be on here as regular as I did before, posting where I can and writing with you great people here at Hazzardnet. I've missed you all who I knew before, and say hi to everyone new whose arrived here since I last signed on which was probably a while ago :S I'm so glad to be able to get back here!!! BoJames

I have been here before....but it's been a while...and now i'm here again!! Shine! It's what's for breakfast!!

Glad to join the forums here! I'm 33, been a Duke fan since watching the series while barely out of diapers! I've had the pleasure of meeting Ben Jones twice. One of my most treasured pictures is him holding my 2yo boy and posing with the "Crazy Cooter smile". I also met Rick Hurst, have a picture of him writing my son and I a ticket while we were sitting in Ben Jones' General Lee! It's good to be here! - John

Hello,i'm new and my username is after my dog, who's name is from the Dixie horn ,I decide to join after getting back to Michigan after going to the Cooter's Place in Gatlinburg,TN,and found the site.,been a fan since I was 4(now 12!) when a GL clone was in my neighborhood and found the Return of The General Lee game for PS2,then saw the first season in a store and got it for Christmas. Hi I'm new to the boards i have been a dukes fan since I was about 10 that was in the 90's. i love season 5. my son bo Hogg. carnival of thrills, Dr Jecyl and mr hide and lot of other eps.

Hello Dukes people! I'm Steve from Cambridge, England and I'm a long-time fan of the show. I began watching the Dukes when it first aired on British TV in '79 when I was the grand age of 12, so I'll let you work out how old I am! I've been reading as many posts as I can since I joined a few days ago. I love HossC's grab-by-grab analysis of the WB Hazzard set. Amazing stuff! I love to look for goofs in the show - my favourite is the open driver's door on the General in the closing credits - and after all these years Ive only just spotted that one! Late '60's Chargers are difficult to find over here, not impossible but I always thought they were well out of reach financial…

Howdy Y'all, looks like a fun site. im a ford guy, but dang if the general cant out run the whole county. but bo and luke need mud tires on the back. they did turn it into a high riding 4 wheeler once.

Hello All, I have been to the site a few times over the years and decided it was time to join the group. I have been a fan of the show since the begining. I consider myself very fortunate to have grown up watching this great show but being lucky enough to have been on set many times over the years, My father was one of the crew members on the show. He went back to Georgia for the first 5 episodes and worked on the show till the end. He was the driver of the "Insert Car" sometimes called "Camera Car" and was one of the many stuntmen who worked on the show. As a kid growing up back then it was just what my Dad did, I never thought of it as special. I was lucky enough to mee…

I saw Kels workin this area, thought I'd come and check it out. So's anyways, how bout a little bitty of meh, eh? I'm random...I like to eat tacos, tacos are awesome, uum....Oh yea...Of course I like the Dukes, but I think Rosco is funny, though meh friend Kels blurts Rosco's sentences at times (not of randomness), but unlike mehself, I like to be random at odd times. I just wrote alot here....eat bananas! As meh name says...I like Rodney Atkins, got to meet him more then.......well actually I've seen him for, what? Six years now, he's a nice dude. If yalls wonderin who he is, well....he's a country singer since his 2005 hit single... If Your Going Through Hel…

Hi, everybody. I ran across y'all searching for Dukes fanfic. I'm Kate. I don't know what else to say about myself, but I'll try to answer any (appropriate/relevant) questions.

Morning, New user today....just saying hello. I was on CGLFC for a bit, but have run into account access problems, so I decided to pay a visit here. Looks like a great place to be, and I look forward to talking to you all about THE greatest TV show and car in the world. -Jerry

Hiya Me and my cousin are the dukes of the uk we both grouped he bought a sheriff car and I bought an ex screen car general lee, we rode around the I with Dixie blaring and it makes everybody look and we even do an occasional chase If our local motorcross park is free!! Thank you

Hey yall, meh whole family is from Hood, Virginia, though we migrated, nuff of history lessons fer one day, lets get down to good'n dirty business. I like to spout random words, though I may copy Rosco's sentence every now and then, but I am happy most of the time, that is until somebody messes with my family. I like to ride Spirit, my buckskin mustang and he is a very loyal horse, though he hates everybody else, but loves me to death, he even understands English words, which is REALLY cool. But other than that, I have a ford 1969 mustang, it's cobalt blue with 02 of the sides, of course the great American flag on the top and my Family crest on the hood. I just …

I was made to join by my friend K-Duke15 and she's the one that got me into Dukes of Hazzard. I'm still kind of new to it though.

Howdy, i'm from Texas, I have been a fan of the show for a couple of years. I have a Dukes Of Hazzard collection. Where I live I think I am the only fan of the show. One day I want to meet the surviving cast members of the show.

I already posted twice, but nothing showed up. I'm a 46 year old male originally from West Virginia, but currently reside in Ukraine. Watched the DOH from the very beginning. Dreamed of owning a General Lee, but closest I ever came was an '81 Mirada which I rebuilt myself. It was painted Rustoleum Deep Purple Metallic. Almost Plum Crazy. Still want to know if anyone else saw the pilot episode with the '66-67 Charger General Lee?

Well I finally broke down and joined the forum. I was just 7 going on 8 when the show first aired and at first I only watched it because it came on TV right after the Incredible Hulk. Eventually I came to watch Dukes of Hazzard entirely for its own merits and have come to realize that some 30 years later, the old Dukes of Hazzard show has held up a lot better than the old Incredible Hulk TV show! I'm originally from Minneapolis, MN, but moved to the coastal bend region of Texas after Minneapolis just had no more jobs to offer. I do plan on moving back now that the economy has made a bit of an upswing, but for now am just trying to work up the funds. LOVE the old TV sho…
