Is this ture. On the Dukefest part of this forum it said they have just gone back to the set where they shot this film and re-shot some more stuff for this movie and on the CTM forum it said they have re-shot some more stuff for this movie but in Hollywood on the set they used for the tv show. I know that alot of films have to have bits re-shot after they have finished shooting. Can someone tell me please what is going on.?

I was just going through some old Hot Rod magizines and remeberd the one with the starsky and hutch terreto on the cover from the movie I wondered If Hot Rod would do a cover page article based on the General Lee and other cars / stunts in the movie. It would be a great promotion for the movie. Im shure the editors wouldn't heasitate to do a cover page article if they had the chance

I did some digging and found out that Dukefest won't be in Louisiana this year, as someone may have said earlier. It'll be the North American General Lee fan club. Still, we should all get the sensory overload of many General Lee's cruising the streets around town!! I believe late June sometime. They're meeting at the same location of the "Final Big Jump" in beautiful (?) downtown Clinton.

The General Lee makes the HOT ROD magazine August issue. Inside the magazine are some behind the scenes shots with the General Lee and the awesome jump that I got to witness being an extra. I picked it up today at Autozone--seen the cover---turned to the page and was soooo excited!

After a call to Cooter's Place, and some research, I will go ahead and confirm to all of you that the Confederate Flag will not, I repeat WILL NOT be on the 68/69 Dodge Charger. i'm starting to see august 5th on all the movie web sites. that is a new development, and would explain why we havent seen an official web site or a trailer. but thats a long time for post production, which is not a good sign. dont be suprised if some legal issues were raised by warner brothers. at any rate, i deem this a set back

We all know that the casting director could have done a better job with a list of names, a blindfold, and a dart, but I would imagine that most people here are planning on buying the Season 3 DVD set, which comes with a free ticket to the movie. But make sure that you buy it before the movie comes out, those "free tickets" are usually only valid during opening week. That way, we can complain about the apparent flaws in the upcoming movie and still not have to hear "just give it a chance." I just got done watching Making the Video on MTV for Jessica Simpson's version of "These Boots are Made for Walkin'" with Willie Nelson. OH MY GOD! This vid is HOT!! Check it out. I think it just premiered tonite (wednesday) and should be on quite a bit over the next couple days.
