WELL......its been a while since i wrote here, but after watching the trailer i had to comment. Im torn between love and hate... its gonna be a great movie as far as movies go, but its DUKES BLASPHEMY, its the wrong cast of dukes(minus uncle jesse of course). feels like jackass meets american pie.....that and i have a hatred for jonny knoxville...my rant is done i guess

I dont know if it did happen it was from a interview with the Director (I know there's talk that Catherine Bach may appear his answer We talked to her. We haven't been able to work it out YET. We want her to but I haven't talked to her. I dont know her. I had a poster on my wall for a long time.) Again i dont know if this every happened but i seemed to my that Catherine unlike the other had no problem with them making a movie and if this did happen we might just see one of the original actors

I just picked up the latest issue of Hot Rod because my 2 1/2 yr old son pointed out the General Lee on the cover. It has an article about the cars used in the movie.

Every movie gets edited, eventually. but in the trailer i began to notice tons of scenes from the dukes movie that never appeared in the actual film, that shouldve! i nabbed some screen shots here. let me know what you guys think. this one looks like the jump scene during the rally nearing the end of the flick: a great shot from the first jump in the film, not shown in theaters. Why!? It almost seems too good to be true, some say its computer generated, i say No. it was Real. Last Jump of the movie i presume? Okay Bo, why was this scene deleted buddy? A Great duo shot, one of many: Okay, in the background you can barely see the General lee, now this police cruise…

I think this may have been done before. Anyome know how this movie will start. I hope It will start like the tv show did with the theme music playing and showing clips of the cast with the actors names.

Anybody see the trailer during tonights episode of Joey on NBC? Starts out with the General jumping and blowing the Dixie horn, then introduces the characters, then says in theaters August 5th.

Anyone know why?

well first off this is my first post because i am new 2 the boards and i wanted 2 ask is there gonna be little like 1/24th scale general lees and other cars out wen it gets closer to the release? if so r their gonna be action figures, models, and some sort of adaptation of the movie? thanks

1. the cars......all this talk about seeing caprices in the trailer, are BS...all i saw was were mid/late 90's ford interceptors used by the state patrol, current model cars used by hazzard county police and 1 ford LTD intercepter used by roscoe (which from far away does resemble a chevy caprice). 2. the fat guy talking to daisy at the end of the trailer and earlier in the car when luke toses the handcuffs out of the window. that guy is an oficer with the Atlanta PD, freeze frame the trailer and you can see thr APD patch on his left arm.

Has there been any word out yet about who will be cast for these roles? If there shooting the movie already, shouldnt they have had the roles cast already? Or at the very least the producers should have a small list of canidates to play those roles. Have we heard any rumors of anyone for those roles?

there vrison of the theme song back story about 2or3 days ago i sent an Email to ask how to find the song and she Emailed me back (I'm not sure where you can find it. but I'll ask around. We're trying to get permission to put it on our website, if that happens I'll let you know!)
