Burt Reynolds is on Thursday night. Jessica Simpson and Willie Nelson are on Friday night.

Despite the new movie being ridiculous, the trailer is REALLY COOL! It can be seen at Warner Bros website

Just something for some people who are intrested in seeing the movie. The orginal series, when it started back in the 70's, got horrible reviews and the big wigs HATED the show. Needless to say we are still talking about and loving the saw that is The Dukes of Hazzard 30 years later!!!

I read this article this morning when I went to get. It was on the front cover , almost a small headline with a pic of JS. 30 years ago the FCC was alot stricter, things were more family oriented, etc. but alots changed since the 70's. things that occured regularly back then considered as "raunchy" now are perfectly acceptable. its legal for women to be topless in canada (mostly), bud is pretty much legal in BC... the USA, things changed too, but canadas a small example. I just saw Ben "Cooter" Jones him day before yesterday while his band performed in Suffolk, Virginia. I can tell you that he is so friendly you just wouldn't beleive it. He stayed WAY after the show was over shaking hands, posing for pictures with people and just talking with them. I was there for two hours as people waited the whole time in a seemingly never-ending line just for an autograph. So uh..about 15 minutes ago my wife and I are watching tv and in a span of about 60 seconds we came across the the trailer for the new movie on 3 different channels. About midway through the second running of the trailer she blurts out "Boobs and undercarriage boobs and undercarriage, thats all I see!" I couldnt help but laugh at my wife's outburst.. My parents just finished watching The Dukes of Hazzard movie. They're actually on their way home from the theatre in Atlanta as I'm typing this. I asked my mom to give me her opinion without giving away too much info as I want to be surprised when I see it on opening night. My mom said that this is definately not a movie for children due to some of the content, but mostly the language. She wasn't as negative and as I thought she would be. When, not if, but when I make MY Dukes film I am going to cast it right. First of all, Willie Nelson would be the Balladeer, not Uncle Jesse. Him and Waylon were buddies, who better for the part. And I would cast Dierks Bently, the musician as Bo Duke. He already has that sort of "Bo" persona. Just listen to his best songs and watch the vids. I noticed that on the movies home page, under the video section, there is a download of the trailer for the new PSP system. I was wondering if anyone out there has tried to download it and if it worked? I have tried it many diffrent times and can not get it to work!! If anyone out there can help let me know!!! Thanks!!!

Hey everyone, Pudge here from www.p-omgarage.com. I need some help with something. With the opening of the new movie and just the fact that I am a big Dukes fan I want to feature a General Lee on the cover on the next issue of the magazine but I need to find someone in my area that is hiding one in there garage. I want it to be as close to the original as possible. I went to Chryslers in Carlisle, PA on Friday but the ones I saw there on Friday weren't quit right. They will hve one July 30th which will showcase the cast from the movie. Then on Aug 20th they will sit down with the original TV cast. I'm unsure of times so please check your local listings.
